  Pros

  I bought this as part of a YouTube bundle deal. While I didn't particularly need the cleansing foam, I thought it would be nice to have on hand. The foam lathers up nicely, and I appreciate that the scent isn't overly artificial. The cleansing effectiveness seems pretty good. Since I use it after my cleansing oil, its cleansing power feels similar to other products I've tried.

  Cons

  After using it, my face feels squeaky clean. It doesn't make my skin feel tight or dry, but my friend with dry skin mentioned that the after-feel wasn't great for her.

  Pros

  First off, I love that the tiny granules inside aren't irritating. I couldn't use products from other brands because their particles were too harsh, but Yuar's soy cleanser is gentle (assuming you're washing gently, of course). What I appreciate most is that as someone with oily skin, I prefer a slightly squeaky clean feel, and this cleanser delivers without being too stripping. There's also a subtle, pleasant soy scent (not overpowering at all).

  Cons

  You need to squeeze a bit harder to dispense the foam cleanser due to its texture. But this is really nitpicking - it's not a significant issue at all.

  Pros

  The walnut shell particles definitely do a great job at exfoliating dead skin cells, and the scent is pleasantly nutty without being overpowering for a vegan product. The standout feature is undoubtedly how amazingly well it lathers!

  Cons

  As someone with dry skin, my skin balance has worsened lately, becoming extremely dry. Unlike when I use B.plain's mung bean cleanser, this product causes severe dryness and deep dryness. While it is mildly alkaline, the squeaky-clean effect seems too harsh. I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry or very dry skin. Also, if you have super sensitive skin, the walnut shell texture might be irritating. It certainly was for me. It's unfortunate that I stocked up on two of these expensive products.

  Tip

  Those with extremely oily skin might love this! However, those with dry or sensitive skin should steer clear!
