I loved that it was gentle and non-irritating. It also seemed to be really effective at removing dead skin cells. There wasn't really anything I disliked about it. I even thought the packaging was quite suitable. - 73****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2024
The foam cleanser is gentle on the skin, causing less irritation while effectively cleansing. It might not be suitable for dry skin types. However, it's great for oily, acne-prone skin. - yc***********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 18, 2024
I really appreciated how gentle it was on my skin, with minimal irritation Being a mild acidic cleanser, it has its limitations in terms of cleansing effectiveness - ck****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 17, 2024
I have sensitive, acne-prone skin. It seems to be gentle since it doesn't cause any blemishes. Be careful if you're taking it to the gym, as it tends to run off when you sweat. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2024
Being a low pH foam cleanser, it's gentle on the skin. While cleansing, you might think it's not removing enough, but once you're done, your skin feels just right - clean and refreshed. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. Do I need to make something up? - su**********Oily SkinAcne SkinApr 14, 2024
It's great that you can use it without a foaming net. Being mildly acidic, I've been using it for my morning cleanse. Nothing particularly bad, but those with oily skin might find its cleansing effectiveness a bit lacking for evening use. - xk*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 11, 2024
For blemish-prone skin, it's crucial to alternate between mildly acidic and mildly alkaline cleansers. For a gentle acidic cleanser, I highly recommend this product along with B.plain's Mung Bean cleanser. It's incredibly gentle, and the foam comes out ready to use, making it perfect for my morning cleanse. Since establishing this cleansing routine, my skin barrier has significantly improved, and my sebum control is on point. I can't stress enough how important cleansing is, everyone! As someone who studies skincare all day, trust me on this. **Information** Mildly acidic - Gentle cleansing power, very mild Mildly alkaline - Effective cleansing and sebum control, but sensitive skin may react if you don't choose carefully Oil/Balm - Strongest cleansing power yet safe for sebum control. However, follow up with a mildly acidic cleanser to remove any oily residue. Daily routine = Mildly acidic + Mildly alkaline On makeup days, start with an oil cleanser to dissolve makeup... Incorporate a grain cleanser 1-2 times a week for dead skin cell management I've been using this product well, but looking at the reviews, I see some comments about the ingredients. I personally didn't experience any irritation, but please keep this in mind! For super sensitive skin: 1. Absolutely avoid cleansing methods that cause strong friction on the skin, such as cleansing tissues, waters, or peeling products 2. Cleanse as gently as you would handle tofu 3. Use a face towel (I recommend the Crisma face towel) - so******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRednessRecommendedApr 10, 2024
It lathers well for a thorough cleanse and I love that it's gentle on the skin While it's mild, it doesn't seem to do much for blemishes - to****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 1, 2024
I love it! My dermatologist recommended this, so I bought it. It allows for quick face washing. It's more expensive than other cleansers sold at Olive Young, unfortunately. - lh******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJan 3, 2024
As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, I've noticed a significant reduction in blemishes since using this product. While it's understandable that this product is only available through dermatologists, the price per volume is quite steep.
