Troubled skin should be used by alternating between slightly acidic and slightly alkaline products. For cleansing, the Hwahae product and Biplain Nokdu are recommended. They are very gentle and the lather comes out on its own, so I use this product for my morning cleansing routine. After establishing a cleansing routine, my skin barrier has significantly improved and my sebum management is much better. Cleansing is really important, everyone. I am someone who studies skin all day long. Information: Slightly acidic - Mild cleansing power but gentle Slightly alkaline - Cleanses well and manages sebum, but sensitive products can irritate the skin. Choose carefully. Oil/balm - Strongest cleansing power but safely manages sebum. However, a secondary acidic cleansing is needed to remove any residual oil. Usual routine = Slightly acidic + Slightly alkaline 1-2 times a week or on makeup days, add oil/balm/grain cleansing for sebum management.
