Lightweight, hydrating water-based formula The Hwahae Testers love that it's not greasy, making it perfect for use before makeup or after morning cleansing. The water-like texture blends seamlessly with other hydrating products, ideal for those prioritizing deep hydration! 2. Deeply nourishing sensation Using the dropper, spread it widely over your face. You'll feel it quickly absorbing, hydrating your skin from within. The water-based formula seems to penetrate even the tiniest areas rapidly. 3. One pump is enough A single pump provides ample product for your entire face, saving you from multiple applications. 4. Fragrance-free While I personally enjoy scented products, this is a huge plus for those with sensitive noses! I sniffed hard but couldn't detect any fragrance. No headaches from overwhelming scents here! 5. Gentle formula Personally, I felt zero irritation. It's like it just flows effortlessly on the skin - super gentle! 6. Soothing care Despite my warm room, it felt refreshingly cool on application - perhaps thanks to the centella? It's slightly cooler than skin temperature, which is lovely. Most skincare products are like this, but it's reassuring for those who worry about temperature sensations. 7. Sturdy bottle I accidentally dropped it right away, but no worries! If you have kids at home or are a bit clumsy, this bottle won't shatter easily. Just watch out for your toes! 8. Simple design The minimalist design is top-notch! (Personal preference) 9. Clean rubber stopper The rubber part of the dropper is firm and glossy, attracting less dust than other products. It can't be completely dust-free due to the material, but it's better than most. 10. Recyclable open design It looks recyclable, though I haven't tried. I've included a photo for reference!
Cons1. Not recommended for dry skin alone While it's hydrating, the water-based formula seems to evaporate quickly, and the lightweight application doesn't last long. It might not be enough on its own for dry skin types! However, it's great when combined with other moisturizing products or used before makeup, even for those with dry skin. 2. Tends to drip When I apply it directly to my face after pumping, it can run into my eyes or mouth if I use too much. Slightly inconvenient. 3. Additional moisturizer needed in winter Even oily skin types might need extra hydration in winter. For dry and normal skin, it's a must! However, it's great for deep hydration. 4. Hydration doesn't last long While the dry feeling disappears quickly, so does the moisturized sensation. Recommended for those who dislike long-lasting surface moisture, but I personally prefer longer-lasting hydration. However, the deep moisturizing effect does persist.
TipAfter toning to refine your skin texture, reduce dryness with a skin, then apply the Centella Asiatica Teca Cameng Serum for deep hydration. Follow up with an even more moisturizing product to keep your skin hydrated even in winter!

Product Review Fragrance: Seems unscented (can't really detect any smell...) Texture: Runny essence type Absorption: Off the charts, 200 points! Application: Glides on smoothly, 100 points User Experience I apply this every morning and evening after toner. Using the dropper, I dispense it on my forehead and cheeks, then spread it with my hands. The absorption is incredible! After patting it in about three times, the silky serum just disappears into the skin. I'm amazed at how quickly it absorbs - is this normal for serums? It's quite different from essences. At first, I thought, 'Huh? Is this just like a toner?' But even toners take some effort to absorb, while this product sinks right in. After absorption, there's no stickiness or slippery feeling left behind. It's like that fresh, dewy feeling right after washing your face, when you've only dabbed off the excess water. The scent isn't overpowering, and despite being in my menstrual cycle (when I'm prone to blemishes), I didn't break out at all. Interesting! While I can't be certain it's thanks to this product, I'm surprised that I didn't get my usual breakouts around my mouth this time. I wanted to attach photos, but I don't have any of the product itself. Since I'm staying out tonight, I can't take additional pictures. I'll just upload the texture shot I took earlier for the review!
ConsRoom for Improvement When I fill the dropper completely and apply it to my face, it feels slightly inadequate - just a tad short of perfect coverage. I wonder if it might be a bit light for winter use? But it absorbs well, and I can always follow up with a richer cream, so I'm still using it regularly.
TipPro Tip Since it contains Centella Asiatica extract, it might work well as a spot treatment for blemishes if applied with a cotton pad. Unfortunately, I don't have any blemishes right now to test this on! If I get a breakout later, I'll try it out and update my review!

Due to my combination dehydrated skin, I apply three layers of Dr.G moisturizer. I occasionally get blemishes when I'm tired, though not frequently. Skin prone to redness with slight acne scarring 1. Ingredients As someone with sensitive skin who always scrutinizes ingredients before purchasing, I was thrilled with how gentle the formula is! The number of ingredients is just right, and Centella Asiatica Extract is at the top of the list!! Centella Asiatica Extract works well for me personally, so while using this, my skin calmed down and ultimately looked brighter. 2. Packaging Given how fluid the formula is, the dropper is more convenient than a pump. There's a satisfying pop when you press it. 3. Soothing effect While testing this product, I accidentally overused a peeling gel one day, leaving my skin raw. Even my usual gentle skincare products stung when applied, but this didn't sting at all! Later, I noticed some red spots under my skin, but after applying this serum for 2-3 days, the stinging subsided and the spots quickly faded. The soothing effect is absolutely real! 4. Absorption I prefer to apply serums in three layers, and this one absorbs incredibly fast! It's not heavy at all, just super fresh!! This serum perfectly embodies the phrase 'feels fresh then absorbs completely'.
ConsFirst off, the texture is thinner than what you might expect from something like Innisfree's Green Tea Serum. So it tends to drip down quickly. You might be surprised by how runny it is at first, so you'll need some liquid control skills. It was too drying for me... It seems they didn't include moisturizing ingredients since it's a soothing line rather than a hydrating one.... The lack of hydration is slightly disappointing for the current season. However, if you layer a balm-type moisturizer over this serum, it works well with makeup!
TipMy evening routine: After cleansing - pad - moisturizer - serum (3 layers) - panthenol cream My morning routine: After cleansing - pad - moisturizer - serum (2 layers) - Dewytree 5-minute mask - moisturizer - sunscreen I use it this way. Since this product is a soothing line and panthenol aids in skin regeneration, they work well together. After my nighttime skincare routine, I sleep deeply, and when I wake up, my complexion looks different from the start. I highly recommend using it with panthenol!

ConsTexture: While the water-like consistency applies well as mentioned in the positives, it also feels like it evaporates quickly. If you squeeze out a bit too much, it runs easily, so you need to be careful with the amount. *No blemishes occurred. *Some people were concerned about the lack of hydration, but since you'd typically layer toner, essence, and cream afterwards, it shouldn't be a major issue.
