The disappointing aspect is that the formula seems to be a mixture of jelly and pudding, making it a bit difficult to apply on the face.. It also tends to drip down easily.

When applied to the face, it felt very refreshing. As it is a wash-off pack, I was a bit surprised by how cold it felt when I went to wipe it off. However, the inclusion of centella and houttuynia cordata components makes it seem perfect for soothing. I think it would be ideal to use in the summer to help relieve heat. 
I'd recommend this to those with combination/oily skin types!
