Unlike many pore-cleansing masks that tend to dry out, this one leaves my skin incredibly hydrated without any dryness. It seems to make my skin feel incredibly soft, and it spreads easily, making application a breeze. The gentle ingredients seem to be the reason why there's no irritation when applied to the face. As someone with super sensitive skin, I really appreciated this aspect. I also love the subtle scent and how well it absorbs into the skin. It's incredibly difficult to remove... The sink is a mess after washing it off. The only way to make it somewhat manageable is to apply it before showering and wash it off then. Generous amount and effective! After use, pores appear smaller and skin feels softer. It leaves a clean and fresh feeling. The thick consistency makes it difficult to dissolve in water, making cleansing challenging.

While I knew this mask was meant to clear debris from pores and provide mild exfoliation, I was surprised to find myself reconsidering my recent declaration that the I'm Beet Purifying Mask was my current favorite. The soft clay mask is a delight to use, with its gritty texture that spreads more easily when applied with a silicone mask applicator. Once applied, the mask delivers an immediate cooling sensation, reminiscent of a product stored in the refrigerator. It's truly that refreshing. The mask feels incredibly relaxing and didn't cause any discomfort like tightening or drying of my skin. I didn't find any of the particles within the mask to be abrasive during removal, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it adhered to impurities, including sebaceous filaments - my strawberry nose looked noticeably clearer afterward. While removal requires some effort, it's not difficult if you gently massage to aid in the process, and it's even easier if done in the shower. I'm thrilled because this mask delivers on its promises and comes in beautiful packaging to boot. In summary, it effectively clarifies, leaving my skin supple and soft to the touch. While I wouldn't describe it as moisturizing, it's certainly not drying. The mask offered incredible relaxation and purification for tired and dull skin, and I savored every moment of the experience! I was disappointed to see the included applicator. It seems like an unnecessary use of plastic.
