At night, after using the retinol ampoule, I only apply basic skincare products in the morning after washing my face, but people say my face has become darker, so I think retinol may not suit me. I'm using 13, which has a lower vitamin C content. At first, I was worried about the irritation (since vitamin C is acidic and can cause irritation), so I applied a skin booster and tried using vitamin C once a day. Since there was no irritation, from the second day, I started rolling it on my bare face and applying it several times after washing. It's been a week now, and there's no stinging or irritation. The application is smooth, and it seems they've added vitamin E to prevent easy oxidation, which I'm happy about. Also, since it has hyaluronic acid, it doesn't make my face dry or tight, which I also like.
Cons
It's been a week since I started using it, and I don't have any eye irritation or eye pain, but I see two blemishes on my face that look like red pimples. They aren't itchy or stinging at all.
Tip
After cleansing, I apply a lotion instead of a skin toner. I'm told to give it some time before applying the lotion, so I roll it on and layer it multiple times.

First, I used it as a night care product 4-5 times a week for about 5 weeks. Previously, I had used a high-concentration product from the same line, around 23%. I have relatively strong skin, and I don't usually feel much irritation when using skincare products, but when I used the high-concentration vitamin product, there was some irritation, so I purchased this lower-concentration product instead. Definitely, unlike the high-concentration product, there was no irritation. For me, it wasn't just a slight reduction in irritation, but a completely non-irritating experience. And while the effect was mild, it did help with acne scars.
Cons
Even though the concentration is lower than what I used before, I couldn't really feel the effects on my acne scars.. The high-concentration product almost completely got rid of my acne scars, but this one just makes them look a bit faded. So the lighter scars can be covered with foundation, but the darker ones still require concealer. I won't use this low-concentration product again, even if it's less irritating. And I'm not sure if it's just me, but while the pure vitamin C was effective on my acne scars, I didn't feel like my skin tone itself became brighter. If you're looking for a product that brightens your complexion, this might not be the best option.
