Just decent overall~ I wanted a tinted lip balm with good color payoff, so I bought one when it was on sale. There were so many colors to choose from, it was a bit hard to decide, but this shade turned out to be a nice cool-toned red! I think it's perfect for summer. It's pleasantly good in an unassuming way. It's extremely soft Honestly, I've never used a lip product this soft before. Of course, it's a lip balm formula so that's understandable, but it's even softer and melts more easily than most lip balms out there. For those with a deep undertone and light skin, if you don't suit cool tones at all, it might look a bit bluish.

With multiple layers, the shine diminishes, transforming into a deep red lip. As a summer cool muted tone, this color suits me perfectly. I plan to keep using it regularly. I love this line and have a few products, but this is my favorite shade. It's a clear red tone that makes you look radiant, and the color payoff is pretty good. It keeps my lips moisturized, which I love. In winter, my lips often crack, making it hard to wear lipstick, but I managed with this one. Like most lip products, the area around the opening gets a bit messy with use. Also, at some point, I couldn't find this shade in Olive Young stores. I used this for about 2-3 months during winter, and it's soft, moisturizing, and has a beautiful color payoff! Great for warm skin tones. As moisturizing as it is, it tends to transfer onto face masks and gets used up quickly, unfortunately.

My sister's lip color looked so gorgeous that I tried it once, bought it for myself, and have been using it consistently ever since. Before this, I used YSL Candy Glaze, but it was quite pricey. When I tried cheaper products, I remember my lips peeling and flaking badly, so I couldn't use inexpensive ones anymore. However, after trying my sister's, I fell in love with the beautiful color payoff, moisturizing feel, and great staying power, so I bought it and stuck with it! The best part is that with the price of my previous product, I can buy up to 7 of these on sale!! That's how affordable it is, so I'm applying it generously. Whenever I touch up my lips after meals with old friends, they always notice the before and after difference, asking where it's from and what color it is. It's so pretty that I often send them one as a gift. That's how budget-friendly and beautiful it is! While other cheap products I've used before caused severe dead skin cells, this one isn't quite that bad, but your lips can still flake if they get dry. If your lips crack and bleed in winter, If you're searching for the perfect water-tint red, If you have a fair complexion, If traditional lipsticks don't suit you, If you look better with a softly blurred lip line, Please, I beg you, buy this! I've never found a water-tint red like this in my life. And since Dior's lip balm, I haven't encountered anything this hydrating. It plumps up dead skin cells overnight, just like the Ginger Sugar balm... It's that good! The only downside might be that it's not a staining lip balm, so you'll need to reapply it frequently. As someone with cool undertones and a #19 shade, I was torn between Mauve Whip and Hippie Berry. I went for Hippie Berry for a bolder look, and I'm so glad I did! It's a clear pink-red that works beautifully on me. On my lips, it even has a slight coral tinge. I absolutely adore pairing Rom&nd's Bear Grape with Hippie Berry - it's such a winning combination! This product is known for its intense honey-like glow, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.

It's not overly glossy or greasy either, which I love. I prefer neither too matte nor too glossy, and this has that perfect in-between dewiness! The color is vibrant for a lip balm but not as intense as lipstick, giving a subtle yet beautiful look. (Note: It's not quite enough for deep hydration, so I use this when I'm out and a richer balm like Himalaya at home) Value: Rom&nd really shines in terms of price. Though they seem to be gradually increasing prices, I still consider them affordable cosmetics. They often have sales or 1+1 deals, so I recommend keeping an eye out for those. I didn't have any major issues and will likely repurchase often. However, if I had to mention potential drawbacks: Longevity/Staining: While not completely absent, the staying power and staining effect are weaker compared to tints or lipsticks, as expected from a product marketed as a lip balm. It tends to transfer easily. To improve this, I recommend applying a tint base first, then this product, and gently blotting with a tissue. Melting Concerns: The texture seems prone to melting and smudging. I avoid storing it in places that might get warm, like pants pockets, to prevent any mishaps. Application Tips: - Light Application: Instead of rubbing it on heavily, try gently tapping it across your lips once, then blend with your fingers. It's moisturizing and has great color payoff. Not bad for daily use! Unfortunately, the color tends to fade after eating, which is a bit disappointing.
