My skincare routine goes like this: 1. Toner 2. Medical One (just one pump is enough for the whole face) 3. Essence after 20 minutes 4. Cream. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin, but this routine kept my skin hydrated. I'm very satisfied! I feel like my complexion has even brightened up. Anyway, I'll keep using it consistently. I love that it's a large size at a reasonable price without any unnecessary frills. Wishing the company great success! I don't like that I have to apply sunscreen the next day even when I only use this at night. I don't wear much makeup, and when I apply sunscreen, my face gets itchy, dry, and feels uncomfortable. That's why I often skip sunscreen, but I really dislike having to use it. They say it's more effective if you apply essence 20 minutes after using Medical One and letting it absorb fully. Personally, I move on to the next step right after absorption.
