You can use both chemical and physical sunscreens at once! If you typically use both types, this two-in-one sunscreen solves everything with just one product. The physical sunscreen has a pink base that gives a brightening effect, allowing for a more radiant complexion when applying makeup! Instead of layering multiple products like sunscreen and base, which can make your skin look heavy, this single sunscreen keeps your makeup looking light and fresh. The chemical sunscreen is absolutely fantastic. It absorbs well into the skin. It applies smoothly and moisturizes, allowing for even application without any patchiness.
ConsLike most physical sunscreens, this one doesn't have the best absorption. If applied to dry skin, it tends to pill. You need to apply your skincare products thoroughly and then quickly apply this sunscreen. The chemical sunscreen formula seemed thinner than an emulsion. While I appreciated the very moisturizing feel, I had to wait for it to fully absorb before applying foundation.
TipAs someone with combination dehydrated skin, I applied the chemical and physical sunscreens to different areas of my face! Use the chemical sunscreen on areas that feel dry, and the physical sunscreen on oily areas. I apply the chemical sunscreen to my dry areas and the physical sunscreen to my oily T-zone to brighten it up.

That aspect deserves two stars. But that's where the positives end.
ConsAs someone with extremely dry, redness-prone, and super sensitive skin, I've tried both the organic and mineral versions separately and mixed. The organic sunscreen feels greasy, and when I apply cushion foundation 15 minutes later, it pills. The mineral one is unbearably drying - so much so that it feels like my skin is peeling off. Hoping for a better result, I mixed them in a 1:1 ratio and went without makeup. Three hours later, my mouth area was so dry it looked white with emphasized dead skin cells, while my T-zone was oily. I've been religious about sunscreen for nearly 20 years, rarely going outside without it, and I've tried countless products. But the performance of this one is really subpar. The packaging looks cheap, the pump doesn't work properly, and using them individually feels awkward. Overall, it's a disappointment.

I think the biggest advantage is that it comes in two types. The green one has great absorption and feels moisturizing. I personally prefer this type as it allows me to apply base or cushion without any pilling, so I recommend it for full makeup days. The pink type has a thicker texture, but it brightens the complexion, making it perfect for those quick outings when you just want to apply sunscreen.
ConsThe green one doesn't have any brightening or tone-up effects at all. The pink one is a bit disappointing. I have visible pores and my makeup tends to pill easily, but after applying the pink one and putting on makeup, it settled into my pores and my makeup started to pill. You really need to apply it carefully and thoroughly. It also feels a bit dry for winter use.
TipI tried mixing the two, and while they don't blend perfectly, it's still okay to use them together. I applied the green one all over my face and then lightly patted the pink one on my cheekbones. However, be careful as it might cause your makeup to separate or pill, so apply a small amount very meticulously.

The absorption was smooth and pleasant when blended together.
ConsIt seems to pill a bit, unfortunately. While it might be partly due to my skin not being in great condition that day, I was disappointed by how much it sat on top of my skin instead of absorbing.
