I have sensitive, combination skin. While researching Dalba Essence Sunscreen, I saw a promotion on their official website, so I bought this cream to reach the purchase amount! It doesn't irritate even sensitive skin. There's a pleasant, slightly strong scent when applying. Surprisingly, even a small amount provides great hydration. Though it's summer, the basic moisturizing power is good. I'm very satisfied with how my skin feels hydrated without oiliness after washing my face in the morning. Some creams made my blackheads and whiteheads worse due to excess oil, but this product has calmed them down, which makes me happy. It's less sticky when applied due to its low oil content. However, it still gives a similar glow to oilier products. What a great deal!
Cons
It's hard to control the ratio of essence and cream. You have to use whatever comes out, it's hit or miss. Some days you get more yellow cream, other days more white cream. I don't measure in nano-units when applying, so it didn't really bother me.
Tip
You really only need to apply a tiny amount. Always try tapping the closed lid on your vanity a couple of times before opening and using it. For the past few days, mostly white cream came out with hardly any yellow cream, but today when I took a photo, only yellow came out, which surprised me.

The texture is not too thick but just the right amount of chewiness, and it stays moisturized even in this weather. When I wake up after applying it, my skin feels soft and not dry at all. The scent is not overpowering but a refreshing blend of floral and herbal notes, which I personally enjoyed.

It would be suitable for dry skin types to use even in the summer, but for oily skin types, it might feel too heavy in the summer. I have severe dehydration and dryness, and when I wake up in the morning after doing my whole skincare routine, I feel tightness. But after using this product, I didn't feel that tightness anymore! The moisturizing was so good, and the formula was a regular cream type, not too thick, so it absorbed well and didn't feel sticky or greasy. The application was smooth too. The scent started out a bit refreshing and then developed into a complex, multi-layered fragrance. I really enjoyed the scent and used the product happily. I really love Dalba ㅎㅎㅎㅎ But then I won the lottery like this!!! 💙Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review💙 My skin is oily in the summer and dry in the winter, but when I apply this product and sleep, it stays moisturized until the next day ㅎㅎㅎㅎ The scent is also faintly? pleasant, but I think this might be a love-or-hate kind of thing. When the two products come out together, I had to swipe them a few times with my finger to mix them, but they blended really well and it was convenient! The product is great! I tried it out based on the ingredients listed, and was pleasantly surprised to see it come in a tube form. Except for the fragrance, everything else is wonderful. The fragrance must be nice too, since it's a Dalba product. I'll have to review the Dalba spray next time. 2. Product Performance The great ingredients are absorbed well, and this cream is perfect for my extremely dry skin during this season. I'm so glad I found this cream again. I highly recommend it for dry skin types. Moreover, it's a vegan certified product, which is fantastic. 3. Aesthetics While this is a minor point, the product is beautiful! Even though it's not possible to mix and match like the jar type, the yellow and white colors blending when squeezed out looks really pretty. The packaging is great too.
