It's stickier and applies thicker than any other panthenol product I've tried! However, it really helps strengthen the skin barrier, so I've gone through several tubes! I recommend this for those with dry skin, in need of hydration, or concerned about their skin barrier.
ConsWhile there's nothing particularly disappointing, if I had to mention something, I wish it were a bit more affordable!
TipBe careful not to apply it too thickly as it might not be good for your skin. I recommend mixing it with a thinner product for the best results!

Usually, my skin feels tight and dry within two hours of applying skincare products. Remembering that panthenol worked well for me before, I decided to order Sidmool's Panthenol and Bifida serums. First, I applied my regular toner to lock in moisture, then layered the Panthenol and Bifida serums. Amazingly, within a week, my dryness was under control. Now I don't feel any tightness throughout the day. My skin was so parched that I couldn't really feel any stickiness. And the Bifida serum works incredibly well with my skin!
ConsYou need to be careful with the amount you apply. If you use too much, it might feel sticky.
TipThe combination with Sidmool Pure Bifida is absolutely fantastic.

Due to my super sensitive skin, I only use hydrating products rather than functional ones. As I've gotten older, my skin has become increasingly dry, red, and sensitive, which was really stressful. My dermatologist recommended panthenol for skin hydration and soothing, so I first tried La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 with 5% panthenol. Finding that panthenol worked well for me, I decided to try Sidmool's Panthenol 30 Ampoule to use alongside my cream, and it was amazing. Even slathering on moisturizer didn't help with my deep dryness, but this made my skin feel hydrated and was excellent for calming redness. I was truly satisfied. While I was happy with the Panthenol 30, I wanted to try the Panthenol 50 Ampoule for winter, and it was even better! Since I have such dry skin, I'll use the Panthenol 30 in summer and the Panthenol 50 for the rest of the year from now on.
ConsHigh concentrations of panthenol might not suit everyone's skin, so I recommend starting with a lower concentration product. For those with oily skin, I suggest using the Panthenol 30 Ampoule only during winter. Also, the finish is a bit sticky, so hair can easily stick to it. It might be better to use it as part of your evening routine.
TipIf you find using the panthenol ampoule alone uncomfortable due to its stickiness, try mixing it with your cream for easier application.

This is a staple product I keep repurchasing! I go through about one bottle every two months.
ConsThere are no downsides. However, first-time users might find it a bit sticky. If you apply a compatible cream right when it feels sticky, the stickiness disappears and both products absorb well into the skin, leaving it plump and hydrated.

It has a nutty scent and really locks in moisture for the skin.
ConsThere's a slight tightness. You don't notice it when applying, but once it dries, your hands feel a bit stiff.
TipBeing a serum, I mix it with other serums in my routine.

Since I started using Sidmool's panthenol, my skin barrier has improved and I've had fewer blemishes. (I initially started with the 30% version.) While I don't have flawless skin due to poor care in my teens, I consistently receive compliments on my complexion. These days, I often recommend skincare products to friends, and for the changing seasons and winter, I always suggest this ampoule.
ConsThe absorption is very poor. Even Sidmool's 30% panthenol ampoule feels sticky when used alone, but the 50% version is really, really unpleasant in terms of how it feels on the skin. I could use the 30% ampoule on its own despite the stickiness, and got used to it eventually, but I really can't handle this one. On rare occasions, I'll apply just two drops to my cheeks and let it absorb on its own, but it's extremely tacky. I suppose that's unavoidable with such a high concentration.
TipI recommend mixing it with other products. Sidmool also suggests this method. However, it's too heavy to mix with moisturizers that have a high oil content, and it makes emulsion formulas too thin. A hydrating gel cream seems to be the best for mixing. I mix a drop or two with Sidmool's Madagascar Real Moisture Cream, which works well for both morning and evening application.

ConsIt might be too sticky to use in summer. The panthenol content is higher than in the Dipanthenol Ampoule, so it's tricky to get the right amount. I'd only recommend this for people whose skin absolutely loves panthenol.
TipI suggest mixing it with a hydrating cream-like formula.

Not sure if it's super effective for deep dryness, but it works well as a supplementary serum in winter. It has a nice texture and absorbs quickly. Great for those with severe dryness in winter - try adding it to your evening routine.
ConsIt leaves a sticky residue like glue. Be cautious if you wear makeup. Using it alone feels too sticky, and even when mixed with other products, while it doesn't thicken them, it makes moisturizers runnier while still remaining sticky.

I thought there wasn't a better moisturizer for oily skin, providing both hydration and antioxidants. However, the more I used it, I felt there was room for improvement. As soon as the 50 version was released, I immediately purchased it. I was worried the high concentration of panthenol might cause irritation, but it doesn't at all. The texture is noticeably different - you can feel how concentrated it is. The hydration is significantly upgraded, and I think I'll only be using the 50 version from now on.
ConsWith the 30 version, I could reapply on dry areas without any pilling or issues. However, with the 50 version, there's a slight feeling of pilling and sliding when reapplying. You might need to adjust the amount when layering.
TipIf you mix a drop or two into a cream that lacks hydration, it boosts the cream's moisturizing power.
