It applies with a nice balance of moisture without being sticky. There's also a subtle tint to it. It only gives a slight sheen on the surface without deeply moisturizing. The color payoff is also quite weak. If you're expecting a highly moisturizing lip balm, you might be a bit disappointed. - 6y********Normal SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 29, 2025
It's seriously so beautiful! How can a lip balm have such amazing color payoff, just like a tint? The shade is incredibly rich and vibrant... However, considering it's a lip balm, the price is a bit steep, which is a bit disappointing. - v2********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 23, 2025
It looks natural, perfect for a bare-faced look, and the scent is quite pleasant The hydration is a bit weak, and it's disappointing to see it settle into the cracks when you have thick dead skin cells on your lips Apply a thin layer for the best results - ir**********Dry SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresJan 8, 2025
The scent and application are nice. The color is really intense though... It's actually more vibrant than most of my tints. If you're looking for a deeply pigmented color lip balm, I'd recommend this. However, it's not really my cup of tea... 1. The price is way too high. Most lip balms are around $5, but this one is seriously overpriced. Please adjust the price... 2. The color is too intense. Even with just one application, it's extremely vivid. Both swatches in the photos are from a single application, but the wrist swatch is closer to how it looks in real life. On the lips, it's much, much deeper and more intense than shown. Recommended for cool skin tones. I'm not sure if I got a defective product, but why is there staining...??? - na********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessDec 25, 2024
I liked that the color wasn't too vibrant or flashy like Nivea or similar products. It has a very natural, bare-faced look. However, the staying power isn't particularly impressive. It's disappointing as a 'lip balm' because the moisturizing effect is quite lacking. It feels more like a slightly hydrating lipstick. I bought it specifically to use as a lip balm, so I was quite let down. It's not suitable for nighttime use as the color might stain the pillow, and the hydration isn't sufficient. I ended up using it as a base before applying makeup. But my biggest issue is the scent. It's hard to describe, but it's very artificial and quite strong, which made me hesitant to apply it to my lips. If I accidentally got a bit in my mouth, the taste was so unpleasant I had to wipe it off with a tissue immediately. - ye*****Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 1, 2024
Although it's a lip balm, it has a nice tint which is perfect for a natural, no-makeup look! Plus, I love the floral scent. Considering the price, I'm a bit disappointed that the color and hydration don't last very long. The staying power could be better..! - sh******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 16, 2024
The color is beautiful and it has just the right amount of moisture. It's easy to apply. It tends to come off easily when eating or drinking, which is disappointing. Also, I'm not a fan of the scent, but it's not too overwhelming so it's okay. - tm******Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 4, 2024
It absorbs smoothly, and although I thought it might be noticeable since it's a tinted lip balm, it looks more natural than expected, which I really like. It feels a bit soft in texture. I wish it was slightly firmer, and the scent might be divisive for some. When applying, there's a rose-like fragrance. - ji******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 25, 2024
Perfect for cool undertones, not so much for warm undertones, especially great for those with a deep undertone light complexion. It's lightweight and moisturizing, ideal for everyday use. Among tinted lip balms, this one has a more intense color, making it great for regular touch-ups. Longevity: 2/5, Color: 5/5, Application: 5/5, Packaging: 5/5. This Huxley lip balm makes an excellent gift! Both the packaging and the product itself have a luxurious feel, making it a joy to receive. The color is a muted strawberry milk pink that looks beautiful on cool-toned skin. As someone with a bright spring tone who needs zero muted colors, it's not my go-to. However, I loved the color and moisturizing effect so much that I bought it in a different shade. Honestly, it tends to wear off by morning, so I wondered if I was eating it in my sleep! Being a lip balm, it feels like it's sitting on your lips, giving a healthy appearance. It's genuinely comfortable on the lips! Photo description: The upper lip shows shade 22 on dark lips without any product, while the lower lip shows one application. While it's a pink lip for warm tones, it's a light and versatile option for cool tones. May not be ideal for those with naturally dark lips. For best results, apply a long-lasting lipstick first, then layer this lip balm over it frequently for both color enhancement and lip care. - wa******Dry SkinSensitive SkinEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsMay 15, 2024
It absorbs smoothly and provides great hydration. As a tinted lip balm, it naturally covers your lip color, making it look pretty without being too noticeable. The ingredients are good, with minimal harmful components. The scent is quite disappointing. It has a strong cosmetic smell like lipstick, which is bothersome. The color is somewhat dull, lacking that 'lit-from-within' glow effect, which is a letdown.
