I decided to buy this after watching a YouTube video where Tom Ford employees recommended their personal favorite products. Honestly, I was first impressed by the relatively reasonable price of the Tom Ford For Men Hydrating Lip Balm, ranging from $40-$50, compared to their other lip products that cost around $70-$80. What I really appreciate is that the texture doesn't change with the seasons (e.g., it doesn't become too runny in summer or too hard to dispense in winter). It's great for daily use as it doesn't feel overly greasy or heavy. The scent is like mint gum, and the color is similar to yellow Popo cream. I purchased this from the official Tom Ford Beauty store operated by Shinsegae Mall, but the quality was disappointing. The brand logo and product name engravings were off-center, and the tube's finish was uneven, making the overall detail and quality feel subpar - almost like a cheap counterfeit. Unfortunately, it wasn't very effective at removing dead skin cells either. I compared it with other lip balms I'm using. From left to right: Second Design, MAC, Tom Ford, Torriden, and Sidmool. The textures of Sidmool, Torriden, and Tom Ford are similar, but Tom Ford feels a bit lighter. The MAC product is closer to a lip oil than a conditioner. The Second Design product has a unique texture I've never experienced before. Interestingly, the MAC and Tom Ford products felt exactly the same.
