I heard this product helps with itchiness, so I quickly bought it to try. The effects really kick in from the third day! It's great to apply before bed, and I even use it in the morning before makeup. I'm so satisfied because it's not overly rich and doesn't feel sticky at all.
ConsI wish it came in a larger size. Seems like I've used it all up before winter even fully arrived...

From my perspective, it's great for reducing redness. It pairs well with potentially irritating essences like retinol or vitamin C.
ConsCompared to other creams, Physiogel is a bit pricier.
TipIt's excellent for calming the skin on days when it's super sensitive! Highly recommended for those with sensitive skin.

It deserves to be much more well-known! I discovered it when I was clueless about winter skincare. My skin was extremely dry and tight, with a compromised skin barrier, leading to occasional folliculitis and dermatitis. Since using this, I haven't experienced any blemishes. It's especially effective for folliculitis - I apply a thick layer on red, swollen, itchy areas, and after 30 minutes, the inflammation subsides. You can even see the white folliculitis bumps coming to the surface. It truly brings your skin back to its normal, healthy state that everyone desires.
ConsThe price is quite steep. Why is Physiogel so expensive? It's best to purchase during sales.

I've been looking for a good hand cream, and I bought this one a few months ago because it claims to improve itchiness. I'm still using it regularly and finding it effective.
ConsSince I'm only using it on my hands, I don't have any particular complaints.

I used it during summer, which might be why, but I didn't experience any deep dryness.
ConsThe application feels quite thick and heavy. When I apply makeup over it, I notice some pilling. While it doesn't cause blemishes, I didn't feel like it was particularly soothing or that it provided sufficient hydration.
TipI'll need to try it again in winter, but for now, I'm not planning to repurchase.

I chose Physiogel without hesitation as it's a brand I trust. It feels gentle without irritation and is good for applying all over without any issues.
ConsHowever, it doesn't seem as effective on dry skin as I had hoped. I had high expectations from the advertisements, but it feels thinner than the regular Physiogel cream and doesn't seem to maintain hydration for as long.
TipIt seems you need to reapply frequently to see the moisturizing effects. The product is gentle and absorbs well, so you can apply it often without any burden.

Usually, when it itches, I unconsciously scratch and my skin tone changes. However, this product kept the psoriasis areas moisturized, and yesterday I didn't scratch even once! The best part was that despite being a powerful moisturizer, it wasn't sticky at all. It absorbs well and quickly, which I loved. I guess you get what you pay for! It was fragrance-free, likely to avoid skin irritation. Some products, even when unscented, can have an unpleasant smell from their ingredients. This one is truly 'fragrance-free', so there's no love-hate relationship with the scent, which is great.
ConsThere wasn't anything particularly bad. Isn't the absence of any discomfort a characteristic of a good product?
TipI also tried it on my face, and it wasn't greasy at all. It felt great, leaving my skin feeling firm and supple!

When first applied, it feels like it's clinging to the skin, but soon becomes soft and smooth. I expected it to be quite thick since it's called a relief balm, but it's actually a gentle cream as described. It's not as thin as Physiogel emulsion, but it's not a thick balm type either. I have combination skin, but in winter, I get dry patches on my torso and arms that body emulsions can't fix, leading to itching... Scratching would damage my skin. After showering and applying body emulsion, I'd still feel itchy, but using this relief balm helped calm the dead skin cells and quickly relieved the itching! I even applied it to my forehead where I had flaky skin, and it worked well. (Though it did leave a bit of a rich feeling)
ConsAs I have combination skin, it makes my T-zone oily. While it's great for winter and dry transitional seasons, I probably won't be able to use it on my T-zone when the weather warms up!
TipMixing the relief balm with oil makes for amazing hydration...!!

It was a huge concern for me. Even though I was using a fairly rich body emulsion, I still had to keep reapplying due to persistent dryness. But the Relief Balm has solved this problem... I'm truly, deeply grateful. It's given new life to skin that seemed beyond help. Now I can actually enjoy living in my own skin!
ConsAbsolutely none! Absolutely none! Absolutely none! Absolutely none! Absolutely none!

I was truly satisfied as the itching and burning were resolved within just one day. Due to cold weather and dryness, I had areas with visible dead skin cells (snake skin-like texture), but after applying for 2-3 days, it improved significantly, and after about a week, it disappeared completely. I had some areas where the skin was bumpy or had rash-like appearances due to extreme dryness. While it improved over two weeks of application, it didn't completely disappear. I think this might be a matter of needing more time. - Texture It has a moderate texture that's neither too rich nor too light, and it absorbs cleanly into the skin. I liked that there was no sticky residue or heavy feeling.
Cons- Hydration Comparing to Physiogel emulsion and cream, which I used for quite a long time until a year ago, this product doesn't offer better hydration than the existing cream. I think it's because the original products were already so good at moisturizing that there wasn't much room for improvement. - Price Compared to the existing products, the price is higher for the same amount, which is disappointing. It seems that applying this only to itchy or heated areas and using the original Physiogel cream elsewhere would work just as well.
