Pros

Pros
I was upset that I developed psoriasis on the back of my knees and on my sides in the winter, but the product had great moisturizing power and didn't itch. When it itches, you unconsciously scratch it and the skin color changes, but using this product keeps the psoriasis area moisturized, and I didn't scratch at all yesterday. The best part was that despite being a powerful moisturizer, it had absolutely no stickiness. The application was also good, as it absorbed right away. I guess expensive products are really worth it. The fragrance was unscented, and it seems they intentionally didn't add any fragrance to avoid irritating the skin. Some products have an unpleasant smell even when they're unscented, but this product was truly 'fragrance-free' so there was no love-hate relationship with the scent.

It's odorless, so you can apply it anywhere on your body or face without any discomfort. At first, it feels a bit tacky when you apply it, but it soon becomes soft and supple. I thought the Relief Balm would be quite thick, but it's actually a soft, creamy formula as described. It's not as runny as the Physiogel lotion, but it's not a heavy balm type either~ I have combination skin, and in the winter, there are some dry areas on my torso and arms that body lotion couldn't solve. They would get itchy... and when I scratched them, my skin would get damaged.ㅠㅠ After showering and applying body lotion, the itchiness would remain, but when I used the Relief Balm, the flakiness subsided and the itchiness went away quickly, which was great!! I also applied it to the dry patches on my forehead, and it worked well there too. (It did make my skin a bit oily, though, haha.)
Cons
Since I have combination skin, the T-zone gets oily, so it might not work well there when the weather gets warmer, even though it's great for dry areas in the winter and transitional seasons!
