Among lip liners, this is the brightest cool-toned pink. While most lip liners are warm-toned, this one is a truly pale pink with a hint of white. It's so light that you need to smudge it a bit after application. Also, it's frustrating that there are no stores with testers available. It works well when used together with a darker lip liner. However, it can be a bit of a hassle. - mm********Dry SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2025
This is a decent pencil liner that's easy to use. It absorbs well and glides on smoothly. I was a bit disappointed that the color turned out to be more of a pinkish white than I expected. - ba******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedDec 30, 2024
I'm really enjoying the Strawberry Milk product. It's so versatile - it brightens dark lips, works as a blush, and even doubles as an eyeshadow. It's become a go-to in my makeup routine because it's so easy to use and multi-functional. The only downside is that the color can appear a bit stark on some skin tones. If you don't have a cool undertone, it might not blend as seamlessly as you'd like. - su*****Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJul 27, 2024
The color seems perfect for those with a light undertone. I think I'll use it well when I want to apply a cool-toned lip color. It can be a bit drying, so occasionally it might emphasize dead skin cells. You'll need to take good care of your lips while using it. - li*******Dry SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2024
It's full of brightening effects, which suits my light complexion perfectly. It applies incredibly smoothly and has great staying power. The brightening effect is so intense that it might not work for those who don't suit a lighter complexion. - so******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMar 22, 2024
From the famous Heart Percent lip line, we have the Strawberry Milk shade - a lovely pastel pink. It covers lip discoloration, creates a natural-looking overlined effect, and applies smoothly. While it doesn't last extremely long, it's a shade that would suit cool-toned individuals beautifully. The product volume is quite small. If you use it frequently, it runs out quickly. That's the only downside I can think of. - so*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 8, 2024
This lip pencil has a rare, milky strawberry shade that's hard to find elsewhere. It's perfect for those with fair to light complexions. I bought it because bold lips don't suit me, and I was looking for a lighter shade. I'm pleased with the color, and despite being matte, it applies smoothly without feeling dry or stiff. Due to its matte finish, applying it all over the lips might emphasize dead skin cells. It would be even prettier if it had a bit less of a fluorescent undertone. - gu********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 27, 2023
The absorbs well is great - it's just the right amount of matte while gliding on smoothly. My skin is fair, but I have naturally darker lips, so most lip products made my lips look dull. This one brightens the color perfectly, making it just right. Highly recommended for those with naturally darker lips. In the swatch photo, the left is Amuse Lip Smudger in Rose, and the right is this product. I was worried this might be too bright, which is why I bought the Amuse one, but I needn't have - it neutralizes my natural lip color beautifully. For those who prefer bright pink or hot pink lips, this liner is unbeatable in bringing out your natural lip color. I noticed it was still there after eating, so the staying power is impressive too. I love the product case design - the cap is copper-colored, the body is white, and it has a color band showing the actual shade. It looks so luxurious and pretty. It's a bit chunkier and larger than other lip liners, but not excessively so - I find this size just perfect. It might be a bit too light for creating a more dramatic lip look due to its strong white undertone. However, I'm satisfied as I prefer bright lips and vibrant pink shades. - fr*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2023
Even when applying cool-toned lip products, this is a must-have for those with light undertones that tend to pull warm. Shades 15-17 are perfect for light undertones, creating a natural overlined look and also working well as a base. If I had to nitpick, while it's fine for lining lips, using it as a base might emphasize dead skin cells. When I use this for lip lining and as a base, then layer Peony Fizz on the inner part, everyone asks what lip product I'm wearing. - un****Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 15, 2023
The staying power seemed pretty good! Even when my lips faded, it left a fluorescent-like ring around them, haha! It's a magical lip pencil that transforms any color into a fluorescent pink with a white undertone. I actually have a summer cool tone, but since I wasn't using it well on my lips, I thought it was too much as a lip liner. So instead of throwing it away, I used it as a blush! When applied to the cheeks, it creates a beautiful pink color! As I mentioned above, when used as a lip liner, it looked too stark and turned into a fluorescent pink with a white undertone, making me look sickly. I'm a true summer cool tone, but this didn't suit me at all, making me wonder if I needed to redo my personal color analysis. When you're out and about and your blush disappears, you can use this for touch-ups. Just apply it to your cheeks and blend with your fingers for a lovely, rosy pink glow!
