Conclusion: I've been using this since my first purchase in September 2024, now on my 5th bottle. If it's discontinued, I'm done for... My scalp condition: Surprisingly dry according to a scalp care specialist I visited out of curiosity. Probably from blow-drying every day. Why this product is great: Tea tree for a cooling sensation + non-sticky + excellent spray distribution Honestly, there are far fewer hair products for the scalp compared to those for hair strands. While there's an abundance of essences, ampoules, and oils for your locks, finding something specifically for the scalp is challenging. And when you do, they often have an overpowering scent or leave your scalp feeling sticky and gunky. I use this every morning after washing my hair, right before heading out. Unlike other scalp care products, it doesn't leave any residue no matter when you apply it. Just spritz it on after your shower, massage it into your scalp for about 10 seconds (or skip if you're short on time), and you'll feel so much more refreshed. The spray nozzle is a game-changer. Usually, these products' nozzles break or stop working properly after a few uses, but this one is super durable and mists like a dream. It makes it easy to cover a wide area evenly. You can press it as hard as you want without worrying about it breaking. (And it's affordable enough to use generously... hehe) There's really nothing negative to say about this product. I'm struggling to find even the tiniest flaw... I'm completely satisfied. Even the packaging is a deep, translucent green that lets you easily see how much is left. Oh, one thing to note - it's fine to use a blow dryer with hot air after applying this, but don't use an electric hair cap (the kind you put on after applying hair treatments for heat). It can make your scalp tingle uncomfortably. - y-********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 2, 2025
After using it for about a month, I feel like my scalp has become a bit healthier. I bought this to get rid of dandruff, but it hasn't been very effective yet. It can be a bit tingling when used on a sensitive scalp or if you have any scalp wounds. They say it's good to spray it on the back of your head after towel-drying and then dry your hair. - mh********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedApr 27, 2025
First off, it's more affordable than other tonics and has an excellent cooling effect. It's always on my repurchase list. While I'm not sure about its ability to make hair fuller, it's perfect for reducing scalp heat. There's honestly nothing bad to say. The product performance is fantastic. I'm extremely satisfied. - lm******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2025
My scalp's dead skin cells have significantly improved and the itching has reduced a lot! Hair loss has decreased, and even though my flaking was so severe it used to cause oozing, it's gotten much better since I started using the Abka Tea Tree Scalp Tonic! The only downside is that occasionally the tonic leaks a bit from the pump area, which is disappointing. Spray it evenly on your scalp before drying your hair, and if you feel any dryness after drying, just apply it to those specific dry areas. This really helps reduce itching. - so*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 22, 2025
I've been using this product for over 6 months! It's a hair tonic that you spray on your scalp after washing your hair. Right after spraying, you feel a nice cool sensation, and it seems to protect and hydrate the scalp, which makes me feel great! Since it's a product applied to the scalp, you can't see dramatic changes, but it's meant for hair loss prevention, so I diligently spray it to keep my scalp healthy! Haha! The price is also quite reasonable, which is a plus! ▪️ Easy to use - just spray on your hair ▪️ Protects scalp and helps prevent hair loss ▪️ Great price point! ▪️ Boosts scalp health and my mood! When there's only a little product left, it becomes difficult to spray due to the spray bottle design. I found it's also great to use when your scalp feels hot and irritated! - sk*********Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 22, 2025
I have seborrheic dermatitis that comes and goes on my scalp... It's frustrating! When it starts to itch, I need to tackle it quickly to prevent it from spreading. I've tried many hair tonic products that work well in the early stages. However, the standard sizes are too small... The regular-sized bottles that fit in one hand don't even last a month when applied to the entire scalp. So, I started looking for larger-sized products and came across this one at an attractive price. I was a bit skeptical due to its affordability but decided to give it a try. Having used about 8 different hair tonics, I can say this one is not only large in volume but also highly effective! I'm extremely satisfied with it and have settled on the Abka Hair Tonic. As it contains tea tree, it has a definite soothing effect and a cooling sensation! When I get small blemishes on my scalp, spraying this provides instant relief. It doesn't make my hair greasy, and if you spray it before blow-drying, gently massage it in, and then dry your hair, you'll feel liberated from the heat, especially in summer!! No matter how much I use it, I can't find any downsides! This is my holy grail product. I'm already on my fifth bottle of Abka Hair Tonic. If you're looking for a hair tonic for ongoing maintenance rather than for severe scalp issues, I highly recommend this! They have two types - tea tree and beer yeast - so you can choose the line you prefer. Both products provide a cooling effect. - do*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
1. Effective for hair loss prevention - While it can't reverse existing hair loss, it's great for proactively managing scalp hydration to prevent future thinning. 2. Cooling effect reduces scalp heat - After applying to the scalp, I usually wrap my hair in a towel while doing skincare. The refreshing cooling effect lasts for about 5 minutes, which feels amazing. 3. Generous amount and great value - I bought this as a set with shampoo on Cou***, and even with liberal use, it lasts forever. It's cheap and a total steal! Since you need to use it close to the scalp, I think it would be better if the spray nozzle was a bit longer. After washing your hair thoroughly, squeeze out excess water and spray evenly on the scalp. I like to bend over to apply it to the back of my head, then tilt back to cover the crown and sides - trying to distribute it as evenly as possible! - a4*******Combination SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
First Impression I bought two bottles of Abka Scalp Care Hair Tonic for reducing hair loss symptoms with tea tree, and my first impression was that I really loved its clean and sophisticated design. The sturdy bottle and user-friendly cap make it very intuitive, so it's ready to use right away. User Experience After using it for the first time, I definitely felt a cool and refreshing sensation on my scalp, probably thanks to the tea tree ingredient! It absorbs gently into the scalp without irritation, making my scalp feel comfortable and less itchy. The invigorating feeling is especially nice when my scalp is dry or irritated by excess sebum. Effectiveness I'm almost finished with one bottle and still using the other, and my scalp condition has improved a lot! As my scalp became healthier, I noticed less hair fall, and after use, my hair felt lighter and cleaner. I especially felt like sebum and impurities were being removed effectively, keeping my scalp clean. Review After Using Two Bottles After finishing the first bottle, I definitely noticed my scalp becoming healthier and less hair falling out. I'm seeing continued effects with the second bottle, so I expect even better results with consistent use. Overall Recommendation If you're looking for a product that's good for reducing hair loss symptoms and scalp care, I highly recommend Abka Tea Tree Hair Tonic! It gives a cool sensation to the scalp, and you can really feel your scalp condition improving after use. Since I felt definite effects after finishing the first bottle, I plan to keep using it! While I'm very satisfied overall with using Abka Tea Tree Hair Tonic, there were a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, if your scalp is overheated or particularly sensitive, you might feel a slight stinging sensation after use. The cooling effect from the tea tree ingredient can be quite strong and might cause irritation, so it's best to avoid using it on days when your scalp is sensitive. Also, this product has a water-like consistency, so you need to be careful with the amount you use. If you apply too much, it can run down your face or body, so it's important to distribute it evenly on your scalp. If you're not careful, it might drip onto your face, neck, or shoulders, which can be a bit inconvenient. So, the key point is to control the amount properly when applying! Other than that, I'm satisfied with its overall effectiveness, and I'm continuing to use it because it leaves my scalp feeling cool and clean after use! I use Abka Tea Tree Hair Tonic by spraying it several times on my scalp after washing and before drying my hair, then massaging my scalp. What I find really satisfying about this process is the immediate cooling effect on my scalp! Thanks to the tea tree ingredient, it delivers a refreshing coolness to the scalp, allowing me to soothe it pleasantly before drying my hair. When combined with a scalp massage, it's great for relieving fatigue and creating an invigorating feeling. - ye********Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 15, 2025
I've been focusing on skincare lately, but I realized I've only been taking care of my face. I thought it might be good to do something for my scalp too, so when I saw this product on sale at Coupang, I decided to give it a try. What I love is how it instantly cools down my scalp, reducing that hot feeling. After using it for about a week, I noticed a significant improvement in my frizzy hair, which even treatments couldn't tame before. My hair became noticeably calmer and the texture improved. I bought it without high expectations, but I'm using it with great satisfaction. The scent has a strong tea tree aroma, which might be hit or miss for some people. Since it's affordable, I find it convenient to spritz on frequently when I'm at home without any hesitation. It feels cool but also slightly warm, giving a very mild sensation that could be interpreted as irritation. If you have a super sensitive scalp, you might experience a bit of tingling. Available for purchase at a reasonable price on Coupang. - in***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 29, 2025
As someone with extremely oily skin, I've been dealing with seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp for a long time. This has also led to some hair loss. In an attempt to alleviate these symptoms, I decided to try a scalp tonic for the first time ever. I've been using it twice a day for about two days now. After spraying it on my scalp, I've noticed that my hair stays less greasy for longer periods, and there's a noticeable reduction in scalp odor. It's too early to tell if it's effective for hair loss though. If you have oily skin, you'll recognize the familiar tea tree scent. The formula is oil-free, so it doesn't make your hair feel heavy or greasy when applied. It's not easy to evenly distribute the product on the scalp. You need to spray it on and then massage it in. Apply the tonic to your scalp before drying your hair, then use a hair dryer to style.
