I prefer hydrating toners over exfoliating ones. Therefore, I've listed the pros and cons based on its hydrating properties.

What I liked:
1. Almost fragrance-free. I could barely detect any scent.

I used to use two bottles of the Artemisia One Thing, but the difference is that this Houttuynia Cordata provides incredible cooling, soothes redness, and tackles deep dryness! That's what I love about it. While the Artemisia One Thing improved facial complexion, brightened skin, and calmed redness, it didn't seem to address deep dryness at all. I absolutely adore this Houttuynia Cordata toner. It'll be especially perfect for summer use!
