I barely wear makeup, maybe 2-3 times a month. Mostly just apply sunscreen and that's it. I don't use waterproof products, but even mascara comes off easily, so I'm satisfied with the cleansing effectiveness. However, it doesn't completely remove tinting lip products. The texture is a creamy, runny consistency. Applying generously doesn't irritate the skin when cleansing. After using products that severely triggered redness post-cleansing, finding one that maintains the same level of redness before and after washing is a game-changer... I've never experienced major blemishes or skin issues after using Defendum Cleansing Milk, which is why I'm already on my 4th bottle, purchased with my own money. There's a slight scent, but it's not bothersome. No tightness after cleansing. However, using only Defendum Cleansing Milk daily might lead to a gradual buildup of residue in the pores, as I sometimes notice tiny sebum plugs appearing. So I occasionally alternate with a mild acidic or alkaline foam cleanser to deep clean my pores.

After cleansing, my skin feels incredibly hydrated, so there's absolutely no need to worry about dryness. It contains sea grape extract, which helps maintain that moisturized skin! Not only that, but it's also a gentle product, so even those with super sensitive skin can use it with confidence. It's great for soothing pores and balancing oil and moisture levels after cleansing. The emulsion milk type makes it easy to apply, and it has excellent cleansing effectiveness. I'm even more confident in this product knowing that 'The Pendem' brand has a principle of only releasing products that achieve over 95% satisfaction in their own testing! The formula was too watery, which made it inconvenient as it kept dripping when I squeezed it onto my hand.
