The Beerhefe Beer Yeast Hair Protein Nutrition Treatment is my absolute staple! For those of us with thin hair and visible scalp, we're always on the lookout for effective hair loss shampoos and treatments. This product caught my eye because it contains beer yeast, known for its benefits in combating hair loss, along with proteins that nourish the hair. I had to give it a try! The texture is just right - not too thick, not too runny. It's perfect for applying to the ends of my hair without dripping. I was really impressed with how it left my hair feeling less brittle and healthier compared to other basic treatments. The added keratin provides protein, while ceramides boost hydration. It's gentle enough for those of us with fine hair, so I highly recommend it if you're dealing with thinning locks! While it didn't bother me personally, it's worth noting that this treatment doesn't have a distinct fragrance like some other perfumed hair products. It uses mild, plant-based ingredients for safety, but if you're someone who enjoys scented hair treatments, keep this in mind. You can use this like a regular treatment and rinse it out right away for great results. But on evenings when I have more time, I love leaving it on for about 5 minutes as a hair mask. It works wonders! - hj******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedJan 17, 2023
My hair is on the thin side, curly, prone to breakage, and dry. This treatment is so soft! I can feel the softness instantly when rinsing. Even after drying, my hair remains soft. This aspect alone makes me completely satisfied. It's silicone-free! With products containing silicone, I'd see improvement during use, but my hair would always return to being dry and brittle. This treatment, despite being silicone-free, feels better than any other treatment I've used. I haven't finished the whole bottle yet, but I hope it's not just a temporary effect and actually helps improve my hair condition, even if just a little. The scent is neither good nor bad. There's a very subtle herbal or musky fragrance, but it seems to disappear almost completely after rinsing. I'm not sure if it's because I apply hair oil separately, but I can barely smell it. The scent is quite neutral. If it continues to perform like this, there's a high chance I'll repurchase it (I'm always on the hunt for a good treatment). Please don't discontinue this product! The texture is a bit thin, which is slightly disappointing. Because of this, I feel like I end up using more product than necessary. I think it would be even better if it were a bit thicker.
