You use it before your regular shampoo, and I applied it after wetting my hair to create a good lather. My scalp is super oily, but when I use this, the next day it's less greasy and the smell from my crown area is reduced. I really felt that you get what you pay for with this product. I definitely experienced its effectiveness.
ConsListen up, folks! Aveda's only drawback is its price. It's like magic - a small difference in quality, but the cost doubles or even quintuples. However, if you're truly concerned about your scalp health, go for Aveda without hesitation.

I discovered Aveda when I needed scalp care in a dry environment. 2. I regularly color and perm my hair, which can sometimes lead to blemishes on my scalp depending on its condition. I apply an appropriate amount of treatment to my damp scalp and then brush it with a scalp brush. 3. It removes excess oil and dead skin cells, leaving my scalp feeling refreshed. I use it about 1-2 times a week. The subtle fragrance is also mood-lifting. 4. The narrow tip of the container makes it easy to apply and control the amount. With consistent use, it helps maintain both scalp health and hair vitality.
ConsWhile it's a bit inconvenient as a pre-shampoo treatment, the effectiveness of the scalp care keeps me reaching for it.
