What's this...? Not as good as its reputation... I'm disappointed. Moisturizing formula If your eye area feels like it's about to crack in winter, I recommend this haha. Primarily recommended for those with dry skin. Settles into wrinkles Because of its moisturizing formula, it doesn't adhere well to the skin... It's like how light-colored moisturizing lip products tend to emphasize lip lines. Lackluster coverage Don't expect it to completely conceal! Think of it more as color correcting. Maybe like a slightly reddish BB cream? I was really disappointed because this level of color correction is nowhere near enough for my dark circles. Application varies greatly depending on the tool Applying with fingers leaves fingerprints and makes settling into wrinkles even worse. I tried using a brush too, but it really shows skin texture and doesn't cover well either. Not much merit in terms of adherence or color payoff. (+) Thinking maybe I was using the wrong tool, I tried applying it with a Daiso makeup sponge, patting it all over my eye area, and it worked best...!!! It somewhat concealed my dark circles and reduced settling into wrinkles! Most importantly, it lessened that tight feeling you get when applying mineral sunscreen around the eyes, so it might be usable even in summer. --- I have really dark under-eye circles due to allergies and lots of eye wrinkles. So I usually need a concealer with definite coverage that absolutely won't settle into wrinkles...!!!! I think for me, it's best to just use a liquid wand concealer, dot it once under the eye, and blend it out thinly by patting with a Daiso sponge. For now, I'll put this away and might bring it out again during the dry season. - bo****Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 21, 2024
I could use this for a lifetime! The color is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended for those with fair complexions. While the concealer shade itself isn't particularly light, it's excellent for covering dark areas. Despite being solid, it's incredibly moisturizing and absorbs beautifully. The only downside is that you need to use a separate brush, but that's really it. - ji*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresMar 2, 2024
Color intensity: Just right Recommended for those with fair skin Application: Smooth Glides on effortlessly Packaging: Absolutely adorable They've nailed the concept, it's so cute Blending: Excellent It blends really well, which is great Photos taken with the default Galaxy camera Adherence: Poor Bought it to cover dark circles, but it doesn't stick under the eyes Coverage: Lacking If you apply it thinly to set it, it doesn't cover dark circles Longevity: Disappointing It doesn't even have impressive staying power Repurchase intention: None Recommended for those with light dark circles and good skin For me, my dark circles are too intense for this to cover - sh**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedJan 14, 2024
The shade was perfect for my complexion - not too light or dark! My skin tone is on the brighter side. I have really dark under-eye circles, so this concealer doesn't cover them completely. Applying it too thick looks odd, so I use just enough to get decent coverage without fully hiding them. This is my first time trying a concealer, and I'm satisfied with it. I applied it in the morning, but by evening it had creased in my fine lines. Why the fragrance? The ingredients would be so much better without it... Applying with fingers leaves marks and doesn't look smooth. It works great if you use a brush to apply it around the eyes, then blend by gently patting with your fingers or a cushion! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2023
It absorbs beautifully due to its soft texture and provides excellent hydration. Even though it's shade 17, it's not too far off for fair skin, making it effective for covering dark circles. Plus, the price is a steal. The pot packaging can make it tricky to control the amount you use, which is a bit of a drawback. Using a brush allows for a much thinner application.
