I wash my hair almost daily for going out. When I wash at night, it's fine until the next evening, but it can get oily earlier depending on the environment. Regardless, I need to wash daily for social outings. *My skin is combination dehydrated and super sensitive. - Subtle fragrance: It has a subtle sweet scent with a hint of freshness. The smell isn't too sweet or strong, reminiscent of flower tea. I personally like it. - Ingredients + Feel: I appreciate the (relatively) healthy surfactants. It lathers well and doesn't leave hair feeling stiff - that's a plus! Since I use shampoo frequently and my scalp hasn't been in great shape lately, this feels good both physically and mentally to use at such times. Given that I wash almost daily, I'm glad it's mildly acidic. While not exactly a cooling shampoo, there's a very slight warming sensation. It feels a bit cool, which is perfect since I don't like intense cooling effects. My current shampoo also has a slight warming effect, but this one feels more subtle, so I'm considering switching. *Highly cleansing shampoos can strip too much oil, potentially stimulating more oil production. So I usually use a mildly acidic shampoo and occasionally use a deep cleansing shampoo (scalp scaler). This isn't because I'm part of The Hwahae Testers, It's just a shampoo that suits my usage habits. Everything about it is just right, not too much or too little, which I really like!
Cons- The mildly acidic characteristics are prominent: The slightly slippery feel might be hit or miss. If you've used mildly acidic shampoos before, you'll probably be fine with it. Similarly, it doesn't give a squeaky clean feeling. Those who prefer that squeaky feel or have oily hair might not like it. The cleansing effectiveness might be insufficient for very oily scalps. (Note that this is more about the mildly acidic nature rather than this specific shampoo's characteristics) - Price: 500ml for 33,000 won... The biggest hurdle in switching immediately is that it's not just for me, but for the whole family, so it's a bit pricey. Hoping it sells well so they can offer larger sizes and lower prices. ⭐️Please introduce refill packs like other brands!!!!⭐️ *More feedback than a con: It came in a box with paper cushioning wrapped around, which is good for using paper and considering the box material, but the shampoo had leaked completely.. While it could have been a faulty pump seal, it would be good to consider ways to secure the product in the box (I hope this gets sorted out because I like the shampoo)
TipFor days when there's heavy air pollution, or when you need more cleansing power due to excess oil: 1. Soak your scalp in a basin or sink If you don't have a place to soak, thoroughly wet your hair multiple times When washing just your hair, wet it once with the shower head, then fill the sink and pour water over several times to save water! 2. Pre-shampoo Use just one pump, lather well, apply to the entire scalp, and gently massage 3. Main shampoo After pre-shampooing, even a small amount lathers well on the scalp Create a good lather, massage, then leave for 3 minutes (brushing teeth recommended) Rinse thoroughly, and you'll get a complete cleanse even with a mildly acidic formula! Looking at the ingredients, it also contains salicylic acid (BHA), so I highly recommend this method!

It lathers well and seems to have good cleansing effectiveness. Honestly, I wish the testing period had been longer. I'm not sure if it's helping my scalp yet. My hair is shedding as usual (no noticeable reduction).
ConsIf I don't rinse thoroughly enough, my hair feels slippery, but if I rinse for too long, it becomes stiff and squeaky clean. I'm not sure which is correct. The scent might be polarizing. It starts off as a fresh lemon fragrance, but after a while, it develops a medicinal smell.

I frequently get allergic inflammation along my nape hairline, and if I use the wrong shampoo, I develop acne on my scalp. My scalp is generally oily ‼️ My scalp is prone to allergic inflammation along the nape hairline. If I use the wrong shampoo, it immediately leads to inflammation and oozing... The itching and stinging drive me crazy! Fortunately, this didn't happen with this shampoo. Usually, if I choose the wrong shampoo, I have to throw it away, but my scalp seems to be okay with this one. The scent is like a lemon candy with a drop of ginger! Personally, I love the fragrance! True to its 'moisture' claim, it's hydrating! Of course, it can't withstand extremely dry environments like offices, but overall, I liked that it didn't cause static electricity in my hair!
ConsAs it's a moisturizing shampoo, it feels a bit slippery when rinsing. If you prefer a squeaky-clean feel, you might not like this shampoo.
