When using it, try to relax and don't tense up your muscles. Just gently insert it - it's similar to using a tampon!

While it has its advantages, for me, the drawbacks were more noticeable. I'm not sure if it's just me, but after using it, some leakage is expected, I understand that. However, it kept clumping up and coming out in large amounts as if it hadn't been absorbed at all.
