  Pros

  I have combination dehydrated skin with a weak skin barrier, so I focus a lot on strengthening it. Since high-concentration panthenol doesn't suit me, I've been using this product instead. The good points are that it's not sticky at all and feels incredibly hydrating. There's a slight medicinal scent, but it's not bothersome. Unless you're super sensitive, you probably won't even notice it.

  Cons

  There's absolutely nothing to complain about with this product. I've settled on this as my go-to toner.

  Pros

  This is a water toner with absolutely no stickiness! It's likely to be great for those with oily skin. While it doesn't provide any specific toner effects, it feels just like applying pure, gentle water. I think it would work well as a first step in skincare for people with oily skin. The size was smaller than I expected, so I took a photo with an Eclipse for size comparison.

  Cons

  It's not worth paying full price for this. Even though I have very oily skin, my face feels dry after three layers. I don't think people with dry skin could use this at all. It's similar to YBN hot spring water mist. It just feels like applying water. While I'm satisfied considering I bought it at an almost free price with a discount, I really, really want to discourage anyone from buying it at full price.

  For those with extremely dry skin, its hydrating power is barely noticeable. It seems suitable only for those with oily skin types.
