I stumbled upon this product at a cosmetics store, and it's been a game-changer. Applying it to damp hair after washing and then drying is so convenient. Since I use it on wet hair, I end up using less product compared to regular wash-out treatments. My hair feels noticeably softer than with ordinary conditioners. After my beautician recommended this product, saying it would suit me better than oils, I can definitely say it feels gentler than when I used oils! It's like I've applied a treatment without rinsing it off! It's so silky smooth!!! I wonder why I was so adamant about using only oils before... haha As with any product, if you apply too much, it can clump together and look greasy, making your hair stiff! Once, I squeezed out too much and thought, "Oh well, I'll just let it absorb," and applied it generously before blow-drying. But it clumped on one side, wouldn't spread, and left my hair incredibly stiff! Just use a moderate amount and massage it in gently for best results! Remember to start with a small amount of product and gradually increase if needed. The biggest advantage is the convenience of applying this no-wash hair mask and being done. As someone with dry hair, I wanted a moisturizing product, and it really maintains hydration well. The downside is that it tends to make hair clumpy if you don't apply just a small amount when your hair is wet. It's difficult to control the quantity, and honestly, I'm afraid to apply enough to make my hair truly moisturized because it gets so sticky that I end up having to rinse it out. It's definitely earned its place as a must-have in my routine! To be honest, there aren't any real drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it's a bit hard to squeeze out. You need to apply some pressure to get it flowing. It's hard to explain, but you'll understand once you try it. I'm used to it now, so it doesn't bother me at all. Make sure to remove excess water thoroughly, or you won't see much effect! Use a dry towel to remove as much moisture as possible for at least 10 minutes before applying. For short hair, use about a pea-sized amount, and for long hair, about an almond-sized amount should do. Be careful not to use too much, or your hair might end up feeling heavy. After using up the full-size product and even the free samples, here's my review: Pros: - The fragrance is lovely. - I've tried other products, but this one makes my hair feel noticeably softer. - Above all, I find myself reaching for this more than other products, making me want to use it constantly. I can't really think of any cons. It gets a bit slippery when applied to wet hair before blow-drying (which is to be expected). They're asking me to list cons, but there aren't any! Pro tip: Towel-dry your hair as much as possible, apply the product, then blow-dry. I picked this up during a sale at Costco. It's great because it's easy enough for my child to use too. It's a bit disappointing that you need to use a hair dryer after application, as air-drying alone doesn't work.
