It absorbs well and feels great on the skin.
ConsWhile it offers good moisturization, there's a strange lack of hydration. I'm not certain, but this might be why I noticed some unexpected texture - like tiny bumps - around my T-zone. Also, it absorbs rather slowly, which was a bit disappointing.
TipTry using this product after your toner and a hydrating serum to boost its effectiveness and enhance overall hydration.

Effective on small blemishes.
ConsNot recommended for sensitive or oily skin types. After application, I experienced a slight tingling sensation, which led to the appearance of inflamed blemishes. My skin almost had a negative reaction.

The texture: It's incredibly rich and has a thick consistency (barely flows). It absorbs well! Hydration: It absorbs beautifully, leaving skin feeling deeply moisturized! While I do feel some dryness in the afternoon, considering how dry the environment is and my skin's natural barrier, I'd say it works hard. If you use toner pads and let serums absorb well, makeup applies smoothly too! This would be great for those with dry skin. Irritation: The ingredients are gentle, and I experienced no irritation. While it may not be a holy grail, it's a solid product that's easy to use!
ConsThere weren't any major downsides, but be careful with the amount you use! If you have oily skin or large pores like me, use only a small amount or pair it with a light moisturizer on days you use this product. One night, I applied a generous amount of serum followed by my usual amount of cream, and woke up with lots of blemishes the next day. Since it was fine when I used less, I think using too much might have clogged my pores.

Back in my 20s, they'd vanish without a trace in just two days. Now that I've reached an age where I need to carefully manage even minor blemishes to prevent scarring, I find myself seeking out products for damage repair. My routine now involves hydration in the morning and damage repair at night! With so many products on the market, choosing the right one was challenging. But after trying this, I feel like I've found 'the one'. It's neither too runny nor too thick, so it doesn't drip. The texture is like a diluted ointment. Plus, the scent wasn't bothersome at all.
ConsIt's a bit rich, so you'll need to be careful with the amount you apply. When I initially misjudged and applied too much, I noticed whiteheads appearing on my nose.
TipI recommend spreading a small amount over your entire face, gently patting it in to absorb, and then finishing with a hydrating moisturizer. I've been able to use this without any major blemishes or issues with the ingredients, so I'll be repurchasing it once I finish this one.

Instead, it has an opaque, slightly viscous consistency reminiscent of a serum. •Packaging: I personally love the packaging design. The brown bottle gives it a luxurious feel and looks quite sophisticated.
Cons•Absorption: The absorption feels a bit superficial, as if it's just sitting on top of the skin. You might need to pat it in quite a bit after application. •I experienced some localized itching. While it didn't cause any breakouts the next day, I'm not sure if it's due to my current skin condition or the product itself. I'll need to use it a bit longer to know for sure.

It's also worth mentioning that while some ampoules have droppers that can be finicky, the dropper on this Skin1004 ampoule is incredibly responsive. Plus, one squeeze dispenses just the right amount! As I mentioned below, while I experienced some blemishes in my oily areas, the dry areas remained clear. This suggests it might be perfect for replenishing moisture in areas lacking oil.
ConsTo be honest, this product didn't quite agree with my skin and caused some blemishes. My skin type varies - extremely dry in winter, while in other seasons I have an oily T-zone and dry U-zone. After using this product, my forehead completely broke out. It seems there was too much oil for my forehead. However, considering there were no blemishes in my U-zone, I think this would be an excellent match for those with very dry skin! I stopped using it after a few days, but since yesterday, I've started applying it again, avoiding my forehead.

It's neither thin nor thick, but it does feel a bit sticky when dispensing from the dropper. The fragrance-free formula is not overwhelming. Skin-friendly ingredients: Apart from 'stearic acid' which may clog pores for oily skin types, there are no harmful ingredients, so I could use it with confidence. For dry skin, it contains four hydrating ingredients. Moisturizing application / No pilling during makeup: The application is incredibly moisturizing and not too thick, so it spreads easily on the skin! As someone who dislikes heavy textures, I really appreciated this aspect. It gives an instant hydration boost, and right after application, it feels like it creates a protective layer on the skin surface! Due to its lightweight texture, there's no pilling or separation when applying moisturizer and makeup afterwards. However, rather than providing intense hydration, it's an ampoule that's great for light application :)
ConsBlemishes (Why I deducted one star despite being satisfied): For reference, I have super sensitive skin, so I often get blemishes from products that cause no issues for most people. Sadly, I started getting blemishes on the third day of use. Rather than acne, I developed small bumps that looked like an allergic reaction. After stopping use for 3 days and letting the blemishes subside, they reappeared when I tried using it again, so I had to discontinue use. I think the cause might be 'stearic acid', which can clog pores. It seems this ingredient doesn't agree with my skin. I don't think most people would have this issue, so it shouldn't be a major problem! Sticky texture: Although it's thin, strangely, it feels sticky when dispensing from the dropper. It doesn't come out easily and clings together, almost like natto. This can be a drawback when you're in a hurry to apply it.
TipPro tip for using with face masks: 1. The night before an important event, apply this after using a sheet mask, then finish with a moisturizer for best results. 2. If you use modeling masks, try mixing this ampoule instead of water for an excellent hydration boost! Since applying it directly to my skin caused blemishes, I found these methods worked well - no blemishes and great hydration!

Unique dropper angle: The tip is slightly tilted, making it easier to apply on the face! It's angled just right. Consistency: I liked that it doesn't have that typical runny serum feeling that drips vertically! The consistency is like a round dollop of ketchup, so it doesn't run all over. Opaque container: The container is literally opaque, so I felt the contents would be less likely to degrade compared to products in relatively transparent containers. I thought this was a thoughtful detail.
ConsPumping: Due to its thicker consistency, it felt a bit difficult to pump with the dropper. Chin blemishes: It wasn't extremely severe, but I noticed some small bumps only on my chin area. Oddly, this didn't happen anywhere else, so I'm not sure why...
TipFor combination dehydrated skin, using this alone after toner pads for a pack worked best. This ampoule is suitable for the transitional seasons of spring and fall, as well as winter!

It's fragrance-free and packed with centella asiatica extract, so even after leaving it on for 5 minutes, your skin doesn't feel parched. The sleek design and 50ml size make it ideal for 2-3 months of use.
ConsI'm not sure which ingredient didn't agree with me, but after using it for the first two days, I noticed a few small blemishes popping up. So I tried alternating days of use, taking breaks in between. The dropper fits too snugly in the bottle opening, making it a bit awkward to insert and remove. Also, the square top of the bottle might make it challenging to use up every last drop of the ampoule.
TipI recommend doing a patch test on your wrist or back of your hand before use to check for any allergic reactions. Even though I don't have super sensitive skin, I still experienced some irritation. To simplify your routine, you could probably just use this ampoule followed by a moisturizer for adequate hydration.

It's a bit thicker and more viscous than other ampoules, but that's what I loved about it! There's no bothersome scent, and I highly recommend it for dry skin types~!
ConsUnfortunately, stearic acid doesn't agree with my skin, so as expected, I developed blemishes. While the hydration is excellent, my skin felt itchy and broke out, so I passed it on to my friend with dry skin.
TipMy friend with dry skin says the ampoule is rich and moisturizing, and it's become her holy grail product!
