But thanks to this, they've been brought back to life. It's truly my lifesaver... It's not excessively oily or anything. At night, when your lips are cracked, flaky, and torn, just apply this before bed. It softens your lips and eases the pain. The packaging says 'dry, cracked lips' and that's exactly what this is perfect for. Now I understand why SOS is in the product name. The price is great too. I got it on sale at Olive Young for around 6,000 won.
ConsThe only downside is that the taste is a bit odd. But with these slippery lip care products, it's inevitable that some will get in your mouth. Still, it's not food, so it's not a big deal...
TipI'm leaving this review because I've tried pretty much every lip product out there. If your lips are so dry they're cracking, choose a squeeze tube like this over a solid lip balm. Himalaya, Carmex, Bepanthol, Blistex - I can't remember all the names, but products like these, along with Vaseline, Ginger Sugar something-or-other, they're all pretty similar. I was hesitant to try Eucerin because it's not technically a lip balm and doesn't show up in the Hwahae rankings, but it turned out to be overwhelmingly effective. Bepanthol was the next best, in my opinion. Of course, individual results may vary. If your lips are hurting, don't just use any lip balm - use a proper lip care product, everyone. Trust me on this!
