Noticeable improvement in hair loss symptoms Many users report reduced hair shedding with consistent use, and improvements in scalp itching, heat, and redness. Gentle on the scalp Numerous reviews mention it's suitable for sensitive or seborrheic scalps without causing irritation. Effective cleansing and refreshing feel The shampoo lathers well and thoroughly cleanses, leaving the scalp feeling fresh and invigorated. Safe ingredients Free from harmful chemicals and tar dyes, it contains scalp-nourishing ingredients like biotin and rosemary extract. Value for money and product range Reasonably priced, with high satisfaction for sets including tonic and treatment options alongside the shampoo. Individual variations in hair loss improvement Effects on hair loss can vary greatly between individuals, with many noting that consistent use for several months is necessary to see results. Lather quality Some users feel the lather isn't as rich as they'd prefer. Scent While the herbal scent was strong in earlier versions, recent improvements have made it more palatable to users. Dr. Groot's Intensive Care Shampoo for Hair Loss is gentle on the scalp, with high satisfaction for its cleansing power and ability to alleviate hair loss symptoms. It offers various lines for different scalp types including sensitive, oily, and weak hair. Many users praise its value for money, ingredients, effectiveness, and product range. However, it's important to note that results for hair loss improvement can vary, so consistent use over time is key. - in****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityApr 16, 2025
Since I don't have hair loss concerns, I can't really comment on that aspect. I won't be repurchasing though. While the cleansing effectiveness seems good, it leaves my hair feeling too stiff. I'm not sure about its effects on hair loss, but I feel it might actually damage my hair texture. It's extremely drying. - lo********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 6, 2025
I've been using this for hair loss for two months now. As someone with oily skin, I'm pleased to see less sebum production the next day. I can't tell if it's actually improving my hair loss yet... I wonder how long I need to use it before I can see results? - gu*********Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 19, 2025
The overall experience of using this shampoo is fairly standard. It's neither exceptional nor disappointing - just average across the board. The distinctive scent has an old-fashioned vibe to it. I wouldn't recommend this for those who prioritize fragrance in their hair care products. - ww*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2023
I can definitely feel less hair falling out, and it lathers up much better than regular shampoo There's not really anything to complain about, except it's too expensive... that's a major drawback. On the bright side, it doesn't get greasy as quickly, so I don't need to wash my hair multiple times a day, which is great - ch**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 24, 2023
It's great that this anti-hair loss product also protects my hair texture. I used to use hair loss shampoo for 5 days straight, but after my hairstylist told me it was damaging my hair, I switched to a routine of 2 days for hair texture, 3 days for scalp care, and 2 days with a different shampoo depending on my hair's condition. This product made me realize that Korean scalp shampoos can be quite good. It feels like a home shopping deal where you have to buy in bulk to get a discount, which is a bit overwhelming to stock up on. It seems like you should use it for a maximum of 4 days to maintain good hair texture.
