It's so moisturizing and makes my makeup look flawless! When I apply this before makeup, it gives me that Inner Glow and prevents my makeup from looking cakey. I always make sure to use it before applying makeup. To be honest, I bought it for its regenerating properties, but I wouldn't recommend it for acne-prone skin. It feels a bit rich and seems to cause more blemishes. The absorption isn't great either... You absolutely must try this before applying makeup. You'll be completely satisfied as your makeup won't look patchy at all! - ch**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 31, 2024
It's not sticky and absorbs well! My face looks brighter after applying it! The amount is on the smaller side, and it's expensive... The container is a bit inconvenient to use. The part you press at the back sometimes comes off, which is annoying. - mg***Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 7, 2024
With consistent long-term use, you can definitely feel your skin improving, and when you apply it, you get a beautiful glow! The staying power is great too! You can clearly feel your skin becoming slightly more firm. The price and quantity are the most disappointing aspects. The texture can be a bit thick before it melts in, so it might cause slight irritation at first! If you apply too much, it can make your bangs greasy. When your skin is in good condition, applying this makes your skin feel healthier and smoother, but during times when you're prone to blemishes or your skin is super sensitive, it might be better to use other blemish care products instead! - hs*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 15, 2023
My makeup stayed intact and I loved it! It's moisturizing and has a nice, firm texture. The price is a bit disappointing. I wish it were a little more affordable... - th**********Dry SkinInner DrynessRecommendedOct 14, 2023
It tackles deep dryness completely, leaving a subtle glow. The scent isn't overpowering, which is pleasant. The syringe-style container is too easy to pull back. The price is wickedly high. - dm*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesRednessRecommendedOct 5, 2023
It absorbs smoothly without feeling sticky. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It would be perfect if the price was just a bit more affordable. - yu****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2023
It seems to help with dryness a bit. My skin barrier was compromised, and I have seborrheic dermatitis, so even in summer my skin would turn red and then flake with dead skin cells. I really need hydration. When I apply this before makeup, it seems to significantly reduce flakiness. This is really... very oily. Rather than a dewy glow, it's more of a greasy shine... Maybe that's why I'm starting to get blemishes here and there. I wouldn't really recommend it for oily or seborrheic skin. I bought 3 boxes as part of an influencer set on Instagram, and that's a problem. Big problem. I won't be repurchasing. Actually, the Minari Duo worked better for my blemish-prone skin. In terms of price and value for money, it's low. The price is too cruel compared to the amount you get. For those with oily skin, I recommend using a tiny amount and avoiding areas with active oil glands. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessAug 9, 2023
The glow is truly impressive. When you apply makeup after using this, your foundation just melds with your skin beautifully. I bought this because it was supposed to be good for sensitive skin, but it caused a massive breakout. I'd only recommend this for those with a strong skin barrier, no acne issues, and non-sensitive skin. Also, while I liked the glow, it made my face excessively oily. It seems this product works well for some people, but not for others unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJul 16, 2023
As someone with extremely dry skin prone to deep dryness, foundation would always flake and crack on me. But when I apply this at night and sleep with it on, my makeup stays flawless without any flaking or dryness until the afternoon the next day! It's really too expensive for the amount you get. I'm desperately looking for a more affordable alternative. - a0**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2023
Due to adult blemishes caused by cosmetic sensitivity, I couldn't apply any products, not even emulsions, to my face for a year after visiting a dermatologist. My skin improved significantly with medication and skincare, but without any nourishment, it lacked elasticity and looked dull. A year later, I started using a dermatologist-recommended emulsion, which slowly helped rebuild my skin barrier. While some advocate for a minimalist skincare routine, I believe skin needs some nourishment as we age. So, I began with the Hwahae Testers' ampoule and now use their entire product line. I love how it gives a glow without being sticky. Despite having super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes except for hormonal ones. Rather than seeing dramatic, quick improvements, I feel my skin barrier gradually becoming stronger. It's not about transforming problematic skin overnight, but more about providing steady nourishment. The best part? When I wake up in the morning after applying it, my face feels incredibly soft! I can't ignore the price point, which is a bit high. Also, while this isn't about the product itself, the packaging feels excessive. The ampoule comes in a syringe-type container, which could easily fit in a smaller box. It seems like there's more packaging than necessary for the actual product size. While the ads claim there's amazing synergy between the pad, serum, soothing gel, and ampoule, I found the ampoule effective even when used alone! If the price is a concern, you might want to start by trying just the ampoule by itself.
