As I studied the ingredients in YouTube, I learned about the cleansing ingredients that can cause breakouts. Most of the cleansing balms at Olive Young contain those ingredients (I'm one of those who doesn't get along with the famous ใ ใดในใ cleansing balm). But this one... doesn't have them!!! So I used it with some doubts, but Thank you.... Cleansing water (drying, irritating, and doesn't remove well..) Cleansing oil (scary, just flows down..) Cleansing lotion (it's weird, when I use it as a lotion, I get pimples. Why is that? And the cleansing doesn't seem to be that effective either. Is it because of my poor hand skills?)
ConsI really have large pores, a lot of sebum, and tons of oiliness. I also get a lot of milia and my moisture is severely lacking (but I don't get that many inflammatory breakouts). It feels like I've tried every cosmetic product out there, and I've even spent about 100 million won on them (I've been to a dermatologist, taken medications, but it's just my skin type...). Leaving this review and not deleting it for a month means this is the real deal. Check back in a month to see if I've deleted it. It really removes the sebum effectively, so my base makeup applies better... But it's too much, yet I keep wanting to use it because the blackhead removal effect is amazing.
TipAmong the cleansers without those irritating ingredients, the Innisfree Blueberry Foam Cleanser is one, but it does have orange oil in it, which seems to be okay for me. I use that, then the Innisfree toner, the skin-saving pack, vitamin C, and Physiogel. That routine just really worked for me:) I'm sharing this in case it can help someone, as everyone's skin is different. ------3/29 Review Update 1. I no longer use Physiogel!!! It's super moisturizing, but it caused hives-like reactions on my skin.
