  First, I liked that it's a tube type, so it's hygienic and has less contact with air. On days when oil-based products feel too heavy, I use lotion or water-based types, but I sometimes feel like my makeup isn't completely removed. Based on my sister's recommendation, I started using this cleansing balm, and I really like it! It removes makeup more thoroughly than water or lotion, but it doesn't leave that oily residue after cleansing either. The finish is great!
