When you want a quick and easy hydrogel mask session, this one's pretty decent! It adheres well to the face, which is nice. The price is wallet-friendly, and the convenience of picking it up at Daiso is a big plus! These days, even if you can't shop in-store, you can order through their app. So when you need something, you can just bulk order everything at once. I'm not sure about its effectiveness. Still, it's good for a quick daily mask routine when you're doing the whole 'mask-a-day' thing. - hy********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 12, 2023
You can easily find this at Daiso. Being a hydrogel sheet, it seems to have excellent sealing power and adheres well to the skin. Due to the sheet's nature, it can tear easily, so apply it carefully. There's a slight tendency to slip, but it wasn't uncomfortable to use while sitting. After use, there's absolutely no stickiness or residue. Since there's no liquid essence and you just apply the sheet, I used it in the morning while drying my hair to prevent my face from drying out. Post-use, there's no pilling, stickiness, or tackiness - just a light hydration that keeps the skin from feeling dry. The mask alone doesn't provide enough moisture, so I applied my usual skincare products after removing it. At 2,000 won per sheet, it's a bit pricey for daily use. I didn't feel the mask was particularly good for its price point either. (Not great value for money) Some gel masks come with separate essence or have the sheet pre-soaked, but this one has no essence at all. I missed having extra essence to apply on my neck or body. While there is a slight difference after using the mask and you can feel some hydration, I didn't find any compelling reasons to use this particular mask. I won't be repurchasing it.
