The dropper design seems like it will help keep the product clean and usable for a long time. Even though it has a dropper, they could have made it smaller. When I apply it before bed, my skin feels wonderfully hydrated in the morning. I'm pleased that it doesn't cause any blemishes. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. I can't think of any specific drawbacks.
