The blue one is for moisture, and the green one is for soothing. They have different fragrances as well. But the common point is that they are both moisturizing. Interestingly, when you turn the container, the green liquid(?) comes down and gets mixed. The texture is not too watery or too thick, so it's good to apply in the morning and evening. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave the skin feeling dry after application. While I couldn't feel my skin troubles going away since I don't have any, I did feel my skin becoming more soothed and comfortable. The ampoule comes out smoothly with the dropper. (Sometimes ampoules can be difficult to dispense) The fragrance is not completely absent, but it's a subtle and unobtrusive scent, which is fine (though it would be even better without any fragrance).
