This product is a great companion when I feel like styling my hair. As someone with oily skin and hair that gets greasy quickly, I really appreciate its matte finish. Recommended for those just starting to explore hairstyling. Not too intense, making it easy for beginners to control their hair. (The pink Gatsby signature wax might be too strong for novices.) Great for adding subtle accents to medium-length hair on men. Some may find the hold to be weak. (This can be addressed with hairspray.) There's a high chance you won't use it all before moving on to another wax. (While it's very suitable for beginners, as your styling skills improve, you're likely to switch to a more advanced wax.) The firm wax effectively holds down flyaways and baby hairs. It gives a less greasy appearance. It falls a bit short when it comes to taming curly hair. You can only control a few strands and some baby hairs.

It has just the right consistency - not too heavy, not too light. It's perfect! On days when I can't be bothered with elaborate hair styling, I just take a small amount of wax, run it through my hair with a few quick swipes, and voila! My hair falls into place beautifully without any clumping. There's honestly nothing to complain about. I really mean it! I'm currently on my third container. Even in summer, it doesn't melt... It's great! I alternate between this and the pink one. Both are great. When it comes to hair wax, Gatsby really knows their stuff! The only downside is that it comes in a jar you have to scoop from, but otherwise I'm satisfied.

This is the ultimate hair wax. It applies smoothly with a matte finish - absolutely fantastic. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. If you're looking for a glossy finish, I'd recommend something else.
