It's so pretty! The staining is decent, and the color payoff is absolutely gorgeous. Just keep in mind you need to blend it quickly. The stain fades faster than expected, and the hydration is just so-so. This review highlights the product's beautiful color and appearance, but notes that it requires quick blending. The downside is that the stain doesn't last as long as hoped, and the hydration level is average. It absorbs really well and sets nicely, so the color lasts a long time, which I love. The scent is also pleasant. So far, I haven't found any downsides. I received this as part of a new member promotion! The color on my lips matches exactly how it looked when I tested it on the back of my hand. It's not too glossy or too matte, but has a smooth, silky feel. The staining effect is just right. When you pull out the applicator, there's way too much tint on the brush. It seems the opening is a bit too large for the brush, making it difficult to control the amount. Make sure to wipe off some excess product before applying! I gave this to my mother as soon as I received it, and it turned out to be a perfect match! The color is similar to my natural lip color, so it looked incredibly flattering on her. The pigmentation is excellent, and according to my mother, the staying power is at least 2 hours. If your lips are about the same shade as the back of your hand, this color should suit you well. It's neither an intense red nor a dark red, so it's not a color that would make anyone uncomfortable. There aren't really any significant drawbacks. This product seems to address all the concerns I had! When applied, the color payoff is quite intense and vibrant. It's a matte lip product. Not recommended for those with dry skin. The shade is a deep, dark chili red with a rosy undertone.

It applies incredibly moisturizing, yet finishes with a velvety feel. Amazingly, it doesn't accentuate fine lines, has great staying power, and barely transfers. Despite its matte finish, it feels incredibly lightweight and comfortable on the lips. Due to some staining, there's a slight tone-down effect when reapplying later. To minimize transfer, apply carefully and evenly, paying extra attention to lip lines. A bit of effort in application is needed for the best results.
