If you look closely, there are little round oil droplets in the toner. I'm not sure if it's actually oil, but it makes the toner feel slippery when I apply it. So the absorption isn't super fast. I have sensitive skin that can't even handle a Shrek pack, but I didn't experience any skin troubles or breakouts when using this product. It worked quite well for me! Haha.
ConsAlthough I mentioned it earlier, the fact that it was a bit slippery and didn't absorb very quickly was a bit disappointing. ㅜㅜ

However, as it is a moisturizing skin, I have been using it on dry days.
