I'm the type of person who sprays toner on my face and rubs it in with my hands. If you look closely, there are little round oil droplets in the toner. I'm not sure if it's actually oil, but it makes the toner feel slippery when I apply it. So the absorption isn't super fast. I have sensitive skin that can't even handle a Shrek pack, but I didn't experience any skin troubles or breakouts when using this product. It worked quite well for me! Haha.

The Atte vitamin ampoule.. I'm using it while enduring the stinging sensation. The toner has a similar texture but doesn't sting. It's recommended to use within 2 months of opening..well, there's nothing like that. It's oily. The ampoule is even more oily. So I cleanse my face, just lightly apply the basic skincare, then put this on and wait for a while, and later I'll apply another cream or essence. Visually, it looks quite impressive. There are small orange clumps floating in the toner. If I clearly feel the whitening effect, I'll update my review.
Cons
It seems I'll have to use it consistently to know the whitening effect. It's on sale on the website (1+1 for around 30,000 won). If I buy it at the regular price (1 for 72,000 won).. it might be a bit much. At that price, you kind of expect the whitening effect to show up right away..
