The quantity seems quite small. It doesn't seem to have a big effect on my stubborn acne. In fact, I had to stop using it because it made my acne even worse. :(

The redness calms down really well, and my skin becomes smooth and soft the next day.
My pores also don't feel as rough when I wash my face, which makes me feel good.
It seems to have a subtle effect on my pores as well.

To be honest, there wasn't really anything I didn't like!! It worked really well for my skin and I used it happily.

Applying the toner well and then the ampoule gave me a very hydrated and plump feeling. Layering the ampoule also made my skin feel so moisturized and supple that I didn't even need to use a cream!

The price is expensive... All the products here are expensive relative to the volume.

I felt the effect was amazing the moment I applied it. My skin was irritated and reddened, but after applying the same line cream and sleeping, it was all gone the next day.

The Hebe Blue product I've tried is the best..✨ I've been using it consistently for over 6 months, and it's really great. My skin used to get irritated, but after applying this and waiting about 20 minutes, it's miraculously calmed down.. The formula is just the right consistency - not too thick, so it's perfect for applying and then doing my makeup. On days when my skin condition is good, I even feel like my pores have tightened up. I really love it..!

It's great that it doesn't cause any breakouts, but if I had to pick one downside, it would be that the amount is a bit on the smaller side.

I have sensitive, dry skin prone to blemishes and redness. I found that applying an ampoule to the reddened areas helps to soothe the redness.
I really dislike products with oil, but this one is oil-free and doesn't feel sticky at all. It absorbs quickly and leaves a clean, fresh finish.

I used to use the entire Heb Blue salmon line - toner, ampoule, and cream. But the cream didn't quite work for me ㅠ and the toner was too lightweight for winter, so now I'm using:

There's a lot of advice out there about not squeezing milia, but I found that for me, whether they were whiteheads or cystic, the skin was blocking the oil from coming out, causing the bumps. So I would squeeze them, and then apply a mixture of an acne cream and madecassoside powder directly on my bare face. After my skincare routine, I'd apply the same mixed cream again thickly. The next day, there would still be some trace of it, but it wouldn't be red or inflamed, just settled down. 
It's a slow process, but repeating this method, the spread-out milia have all gone away, and even the scarring has faded over 3 months... If there are others out there struggling like I did, especially if you're on the oily side and any pore-clogging causes milia to spread, give this a try!!

This ampoule is definitely on the thinner side. It flows down easily and leaves a refreshing feel after application. I'm on the oily side and tend to not be able to use products that clog my pores or leave an oily residue, so this worked well for me. But for those looking for a richer texture, this might fall short. 
I even had to apply it two or three times a day depending on my skin condition ㅠㅠ It's a bit pricey and lightweight, so I ended up using a lot. I switched from using the entire Heb Blue line to just using their toner and this ampoule, reducing the number of times I used the ampoule. That way, I could find a better balance in terms of price and efficacy.

I originally had acne-prone skin, and after using the suppurative and the usual cedar water moisturizer, I developed some milia and purchased this. The milia that formed didn't go away, but I squeezed the hardened ones and applied this ampoule to my skin, followed by a moisturizer, and new milia didn't form in those spots!! I had also visited a dermatologist, but they would just squeeze them without preventing new ones from forming. After finding this ampoule, no new ones appeared, and now I just have some scarring left ㅜㅜ

Personally, I'd recommend making sure to fully absorb the skin and toner, and apply the serum thoroughly. The same goes for the serum - after thoroughly applying it deep into the skin, finish with the moisturizer for maximum effect without any pilling.

Looking at the product itself (the ingredients), there doesn't seem to be any notable downsides.
* However, the dropper doesn't reach all the way to the bottom of the bottle, so it gets quite inconvenient towards the end when you're trying to use up the last of the product. And while the price is reasonable considering the volume, it's not exactly cheap either, so that could be considered a downside if I had to point one out.

The spreadability is moist and the finish has a watery glow + a refreshing feel! I felt within the first week that my skin barrier was getting stronger, and by the time I had almost finished the entire bottle, my skin had become much healthier. If you've tried various products but haven't seen any improvement in your skin texture or condition, or if you have combination/problematic skin, I'd recommend giving this a try! You may be able to meet your skin that has changed 180 degrees~~

It was quite drying for dry skin in the winter, so I had to apply another serum on top.

The product was great as it was not at all irritating even for atopic skin.

Even though I have oily skin, I like ampoules that feel a bit oily.
When I applied it, it was already too focused on moisture, so while the lightweight texture was nice, I felt it lacked enough oil content.
Especially since it's currently winter, the lack of oil content is disappointing, and the water-based formula is a letdown.

It seems to absorb well without appearing unnatural.
It sinks in refreshingly without any oiliness, finishing without leaving any excess.

Those with oily skin may find it slightly stuffy. The dropper doesn't reach all the way to the bottom, so when trying to use the last bits, you have to tap it onto the back of your hand instead of using the dropper, which is a bit inconvenient.

I really enjoy the tightening sensation on my skin when I apply the ampoule. After using it, my skin feels both tightened and refreshed! I've been using it consistently, and it seems to have a great calming effect. Even though I have sensitive skin, it doesn't irritate or aggravate it, and I'm able to use it comfortably.
