First, the ingredients are great :) It's a multi-balm, so I've been applying it to my lips, the back of my hands, neck, and eye area where I feel dryness.
Cons
There were no disappointing aspects. The Hwahae products have no concerns about the ingredients.

Unusual fragrance-free, making it easy to apply on the face.
Cons
I received a gift and didn't realize it was quite expensive. I think I'll have to consider whether to repurchase it.
Tip
I recommend this for winter makeup touch-ups. I also use it as a lip balm substitute and to soothe the areas around my lips, cheeks, and forehead when they get dry.

Wow, it's great that I can carry the oil balm in a stick form! When I gently massage it on my neck, ankles, or sore spots, it hydrates and feels so good. The biggest advantage is!! Normally, with a twist-up stick, it can be frustrating when it doesn't twist up or down smoothly. But this one rotates so smoothly, it's clear the brand put a lot of thought into the packaging design. And the slanted shape means I can apply it at an angle (for hard-to-reach areas like my ankles) with just a gentle press, without it breaking or crumbling. And the best part is, I can apply the jojoba oil without it leaving a sticky residue on my hands🫶
Cons
I think this would work better as a hand cream base, since the jojoba oil can be a bit heavy. (But that's just the nature of jojoba oil) What I do is take some of my Demap body cream, use that as a hand cream, and then just add a bit more of the oil balm on top of my hands if I need extra moisture. I wouldn't recommend applying it directly to the palms of your hands though. But it's perfect for the delicate skin around my eyes, neck, and ankles!
Tip
I mentioned the downside in the 'bad_text' section!
