The runny formula! It's great that it doesn't drip down when you apply it (see photo). It's also fragrance-free, and I really liked the feeling of it absorbing the moisture into my face when I applied it. Even when I applied it two or three times, it didn't feel slippery or sit on top of my skin, and it absorbed right away.
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing. The packaging looks a bit like foreign cosmetics, I guess? (But since the focus is on providing information about the ingredients, that wasn't really a big issue either.)

I think this product is perfect as a moisturizing toner rather than a cleansing toner! It feels like a waste to use it as a cleansing toner! The texture is not a runny, watery one, but it's not highly viscous either! It has a medium texture that's closer to a water-based formula! But I still felt like it was a bit of a waste to use it as a cleansing toner! Upon checking the ingredients, I was relieved to find that there are no bad ingredients, so I could use it with confidence. My skin is combination with both oiliness and dryness, but this product managed to control the oily areas while replenishing moisture in the dry areas, surprisingly without any tightness! I layered it several times! It seems perfect for the '7-skin' method, where you pat it on 7 times. I really love that there's no stickiness! When applied, there's a cooling sensation that seems to have a soothing effect as well!
Cons
The fragrance didn't feel overly irritating to me, but my sibling disliked it when they tried it out. As a result, I've been using more than half the bottle on my own, so it seems the fragrance is polarizing!
