First, in the winter, my skin tends to break out in something similar to allergies due to excessive dryness. It's a texture that's somewhere between a watery type and a runny type. It's a bit closer to the watery type, but when you apply it, you can really feel the moisture. Runny type products that provide a moisture boost tend to feel sticky when applied, but this product has no stickiness at all - just a refreshing, absorbing moisture. I usually use cotton pads to cleanse, and on dry skin days, this absorbs gently without any irritation, so I can use about 3 layers. You can also just use your hands to pat it in. It contains soothing ingredients and helps smooth out texture, so it gives a nice glow to the skin after makeup or cream application. I'm also satisfied with how it makes my skin feel plump and supple.

This is an ampoule toner with a very dense and concentrated formula! However, it is not at all sticky and finishes with a moisturized feel!! For those who want to use a toner with abundant moisture instead of a very lightweight one, I think this would be a good purchase!
