  As someone with cool undertones and yellowish skin, I found this brightening moisturizer really effective at evening out my complexion. The texture was smooth and not at all dry, applying nicely without any patchiness. I was pleased that it didn't leave my skin feeling dehydrated after use.

  Cons

  I'd seen many reviews mentioning blemishes and small bumps, but I thought, 'Surely it won't happen to me?' Well, I was in for a rude awakening. Using this product alone led to an all-out war on my face - blemishes and tiny bumps everywhere! What ingredient could be causing this? It was so stressful that I stopped using it for a while, and thankfully my skin cleared up.

  Pros

  The makeup lasts long and evens out the skin tone beautifully. There's a noticeable difference between days when I wear it and when I don't.

  Cons

  It's slightly matte, so you need to moisturize well. It's on the pricier side. The SPF is relatively low, so you have to go through the hassle of applying sunscreen separately.

  You need to moisturize well as it tends to be a bit matte.

  Pros

  I really liked how it provided a noticeable brightening effect, making it great as a base. It also seemed to offer some color correction.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, every time I use this, I get small bumps and red blemishes. I thought it might be due to my skin condition, so I tried alternating with other products, but it's definitely because of this one. I bought it as a 1+1 deal, so I still have an unopened product... It's such a shame.
