There are no downsides! The color is beautiful, the staying power is perfect, and I think this product and I will be together for life.

I feel like I'll be using this forever! My mom started using it before applying her cushion foundation, and she says it's amazing - it really improves the longevity of her makeup. It's quite drying when used alone, unfortunately. I definitely recommend mixing it with other products!

This is perfect for when you want to really brighten up your complexion! I mix it with my BB cream for my base makeup. It adheres well to the skin, and when set with powder, the staying power seems to last quite long.

The staying power is a bit disappointing, and I think there might be some slight darkening of the skin over time.

It does an amazing job at neutralizing even the slightest yellow undertones on my face. Plus, it beautifully brightens and evens out my complexion. I'm really impressed!

By beautifully evening the skin tone, it makes any color cosmetics applied on top look stunning. For two years now, it's become my pre-makeup essential. I apply it with a spatula, and even when I layer foundation over it, there's no pilling - instead, it helps the foundation adhere better! Starting with this base elevates the overall finish of my makeup. It's also perfect (times 100!) for a foundation-free look. You can even mix it with darker foundations you might have lying around unused at home, giving new life to those neglected products. It's a true savior for those buried-in-the-drawer foundations! Even when applied by gently patting with your fingers, it absorbs beautifully into the skin. I was so satisfied with my first purchase that I bought another one. Just looking at it in my collection makes me feel accomplished!

I use this for cool-toned makeup looks or when my skin appears a bit tanned. It neutralizes any yellowness in the skin, making it perfect for layering cool-toned color cosmetics. The unique blue + lavender color creates an enchanting effect on the skin.

I've been using this holy grail product for over a year now!! I'm already on my third bottle. The pros and cons are so distinct that it might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation for some. I bought this because people said it works well with the Fmgt BB cream, which is my holy grail. When mixed together, it's not bad...

Because of its thick consistency, I've been mixing it with a brightening moisturizer that has a more hydrating texture, and it seems to work well! Of course, you absolutely must use a beauty sponge... Otherwise, it feels like it might pill. Since this happened even when I used it alone, I'd strongly suggest using a sponge if you have one!

It's quite thick... It seems a bit challenging to apply with just your hands without a spatula (I especially wouldn't recommend it for blemish-prone skin!). Also, if you have a lot of texture on your skin, it might actually make it look messier... While it's not meant to be a high-coverage product, if you're someone who frequently gets blemishes and hates how it makes your skin look dirty, I wouldn't recommend this.

Personally, I felt it had more of a blue undertone than lavender. I usually use blue-based products, and when I compared this side by side with my other bases, it had a surprisingly strong blue tint. Since I was hoping for a blue base, I'm quite satisfied! Also, the staying power seems excellent. Even though I applied it generously in this hot weather, it stayed put quite nicely until evening!

It might be because I have dry skin, but the application feels quite stiff. It doesn't feel particularly moisturizing or hydrating.

Darkening no more! I used to struggle with severe darkening, but this product was a game-changer. The skin-perfecting effect is incredible - it gives me a beautifully even complexion!
