(Check out my skin type tip!) I usually avoid cushions due to skin sensitivity and prefer a foundation-free look, so I've been using various brightening moisturizers with SPF more frequently. As a result, I've become quite discerning when it comes to these products. I was initially hesitant about this one since it contains a mix of chemical and physical sunscreens, which don't always agree with me. However, after using it, all my concerns vanished! The cooling effect is fantastic - you can feel your face temperature drop as you apply it. Surprisingly, it's incredibly hydrating for a hybrid sunscreen. The complexion-evening effect is truly impressive. It's perfect for those with yellow-cool undertones, providing beautiful skin coverage that I'm really happy with.
ConsIf you don't maintain a thorough skincare routine, you might experience some deep dryness.
TipSkin type: Dry + Combination, bordering on extremely dry. I typically avoid most skincare lines that claim to be hydrating because I dislike feeling deep dryness. Even when others rave about products being non-drying or leaving skin feeling moisturized inside while looking matte outside, I often find them too drying for my skin. These days, I ignore such claims and focus on finding products that truly suit my skin type!

I applied it in the morning before going out for the day, and when I came home in the evening, I was shocked to see my face. It was still as white as when I applied it in the morning, with only the area around my mouth turning red. The rest of my face remained ghostly pale, and it felt tight all day long. Since I didn't look in the mirror, I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. I knew it felt tight throughout the day, but I was surprised to see that my face was still in the same white state as when I applied it in the morning, without any hint of oil.
ConsAs someone who used to love Beplain's sunscreen before it was reformulated, I had high hopes for this one. The old version was so gentle, it felt like applying water to your face. I bought this expecting the same quality, so I'm really disappointed. I have combination dehydrated skin, and I've never had a sunscreen that disagreed with me this much. The deep dryness after applying this is really severe. Plus, it doesn't produce any oil at all - my face becomes completely matte, which is far from what I wanted. I asked my sister to try it, and surprisingly, it blended into her skin tone perfectly! I was amazed. On my face, it looks like heavy Japanese-style makeup, but on her, it absorbed like her natural skin. That's exactly what I was hoping for with my skin.

It's versatile enough to be used as a great base before applying makeup.
ConsThe most disappointing aspect was that it caused deep dryness. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Perfect for a foundation-free look! I'm planning to use just this in summer since layering foundation can make my skin break down.
ConsWell... it seems that if you don't have a solid skincare base, you might experience some deep dryness. As someone whose skin tends to develop blemishes when it's dry, I found this slightly disappointing.
TipI mix it with a moisturizing sunscreen cream. This helps reduce the deep dryness a bit.
