The tone-up effect makes it apply smoothly and moisturizes the skin well. Unlike white cast, the tone-up effect blends well into the skin and enhances the complexion nicely.

🌱 My cheeks are particularly dry, with a combination of oily and highly sensitive skin. 1. No stickiness There is no stickiness at all. Instead, it has a semi-matte finish.
