  Pros

  The skin type is combination. The formula is water-based, so it's great for cleansing and toning. After applying it generously on a cotton pad, I use it to soothe my skin while smoothing it out. It's so moisturizing when I just use it as a toner!

  Cons

  So far, I have no complaints about using this product!

  Tip

  Using 5-ply cotton, apply it to your face like a pack, then dry your hair! It's great!

  It feels lightweight and seems to calm my blemishes. My skin is sensitive and often reacts to products, but this one suits me well.

  Pros

  I also tried the cream from the same line based on a recommendation, and I noticed my skin was definitely more soothed and my blemishes were less visible. While it's not a dramatic change, I still recommend it!

  Cons

  It's a bit disappointing that this toner isn't ideal for oily skin types. If you have oily skin, I'd suggest doing more research before purchasing.

  Pros

  I love how it provides hydration without feeling sticky. It's great for calming the skin too. The best part is how well it preps my skin for makeup, smoothing out any texture. Even my dad uses it and says it's gentle on his skin!

  Cons

  I wish I could slather it on generously, but the price is the only thing holding me back. Please release a larger size!

  Tip

  Try layering it three times before applying makeup by patting it into your hands. It makes your skin feel firm and helps your makeup adhere better. Just make sure to let each layer absorb fully before applying the next. For those with warm hands, I recommend using a cotton pad soaked in toner for application.

  Early 40s with combination dehydrated and sensitive skin here. While browsing for vitamin and retinol products, an Olive Young employee recommended this for soothing skincare, mentioning that vitamins and retinols can be irritating. I'm so glad I took their advice! It's fantastic for calming my skin. I hardly get any blemishes now, and my complexion feels so much healthier overall. When a friend's teenage daughter visited from abroad (she had severe acne and redness), I immediately gifted her the Dr.Jart+ Cicapair line (toner, cream, and Panthenol Trouble Serum). Everyone was amazed at how much her redness and acne improved. Now I'm gifting and recommending it to all my younger friends struggling with acne and redness - they all love it! (If you're dealing with acne and redness, try using the Panthenol Trouble Serum too.)

  Cons

  Honestly, the only downside is the price. Nothing else negative to say. I always buy the special set from Olive Young (the one with two small additional products) to get the best value.

  Pros

  It's super creamy yet absorbs quickly, and even after layering it multiple times, there's no sticky feeling! I'm quite impressed with how it feels on the skin. Maybe it's because the formula has been upgraded with better ingredients? It doesn't irritate my skin at all, and I can really feel it calming my skin.

  Cons

  There's not really anything disappointing about the product itself. The price has gone up a bit, but I'm willing to overlook that because of how good the product is.
