I used to use a different brand's shading product, but when it broke, I went shopping for a new one. I ended up buying this because I loved the V-shaped design and the packaging. The three shades allow for a natural look, and I appreciate that there's no yellow undertone. There's a bit of excess powder fallout, and the color payoff isn't particularly strong. It's a bit disappointing that you need to apply multiple layers for it to show up well. However, looking at it from another perspective, this might allow for a more natural and precise makeup application. - na***********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 4, 2025
The photo came out a bit dark, but in reality, all the shades are quite light! That's why I love that I can use it without any worry. I thought the "Greyish Cool" name meant it wouldn't suit my warm undertones, but I've realized that for contouring, it's better to use a brown shade with less of a warm undertone, regardless of whether you're cool or warm-toned. I've been using Peripera products since middle school, so I can truly vouch for their contouring products. Don't hesitate to buy it - it's really amazing! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. If I had to pick something, I'd say that since I don't contour often, the amount might be too much for me? - da*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJul 2, 2025
The color payoff is subtle rather than intense, making it perfect for beginners to use without mistakes. Even with multiple layers, it doesn't clump, and the fine particles adhere smoothly to the skin. I also love that it comes with three shades, allowing you to mix and match to achieve your desired complexion! There's a bit too much excess powder fallout... However, considering the value for money, it's still a good product. - zr********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 28, 2025
Great value for money! It's perfect for everyday use as a contour powder. Absolutely fantastic for students! There's a bit of excess powder fallout, and it's quite fragile. The case breaks easily, and my contour powder keeps shattering... The translation maintains the friendly, consumer-oriented tone while using vocabulary from the synonym list where applicable. The shading color is just perfect - not too intense, not too light. I love that it comes in three shades, making my nose look super defined. It's great for contouring both the chin and nose. This seems like an excellent shading product! I can't think of anything disappointing about it. Even my friends are using this one a lot. - da*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 26, 2025
This is my first shading product. The color isn't too intense, but just right, making it perfect for beginners. The excess powder fallout is really severe. It's not a brush issue. I've tried different brushes, and it's the same problem. Apply the medium shade all over, then add a bit of the darker shade for definition. - so*************Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJun 22, 2025
I've used it so much, you can see how worn it is! It's fantastic for creating a natural-looking facial contour. The excess powder is unavoidable with this type of product. I'm not sure if it's just mine, but it tends to break easily. As a frequent user, I can attest to its effectiveness in sculpting a natural-looking face shape. The powder's ability to enhance facial features is impressive. However, like many powder products, it does have some fallout. Additionally, I've noticed it's somewhat fragile and prone to breaking, though I'm unsure if this is a common issue or specific to my product. - yh*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2025
Shade 3 isn't your typical warm-toned contour - it's more of a neutral to cool-toned shading with a grayish undertone. It's perfect for creating clean, natural shadows without any redness or yellowness, making it ideal for cool complexions or those who dislike yellow undertones. It gives a natural shadow effect, great for contouring the jawline, nose bridge, and hairline without looking heavy-handed. The subtle shading makes it beginner-friendly too. The grayish tone is a perfect match for cool skin tones. No redness, no muddiness - just a clean shadow effect. The fine powder applies smoothly without clumping. Just sweep it on with a brush for a natural finish. Minimal excess powder fallout. The three-color gradient allows for precise application. Use the darkest shade on the jaw, medium on the nose - customize as needed. Highly recommended for those who dislike yellow undertones. Doesn't look muddy or dirty like some common contour powders. May appear a bit dull on warm skin tones. Could look slightly ashy on skin with strong yellow undertones. The color payoff is soft, not too intense. If you prefer dramatic contouring, you'll need to build it up. It's not a bold, obvious contour. The product amount might feel slightly small. While not poor value, frequent daily use could use it up quickly. Use the medium tone for nose contouring, and the darkest shade for hairline and jaw! For a natural, pretty look, apply with a brush in light, repeated strokes. For best results, set your base makeup to a matte finish before applying the contour! - ye*******Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 21, 2025
It's absolutely amazing! It doesn't clump and the color applies beautifully. This isn't necessarily a negative point, but the pigmentation isn't very intense. If you prefer a more dramatic contour, you'll need to apply multiple layers. When blending the dark and medium shades, it applies just right - not too strong, not too subtle. - ch*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2025
I love that it comes with a brush! It's great that it's divided into three different shades. The pigmentation seems quite weak, unfortunately. It doesn't show up well and there's some excess powder fallout.
