I use this as a foundation-free sunscreen base. The sunscreen I was using before became too drying for my very dry skin. So I was on the hunt for something super hydrating and with brightening effects. I tried this on a YouTuber's recommendation! I've settled on this product now. The natural brightening effect is fantastic, and it's so hydrating! It feels like applying an emulsion rather than a sunscreen. The texture is quite fluid. There might be a bit of pilling, but if you massage it in well and finish with a puff, it's even better. While it won't completely cover blemishes, the overall brightening effect and natural color are really impressive. As you can see from the color, it has a nude tone that naturally evens out your complexion. I was skeptical because of the low price, but no - at this price point and quality, it's definitely a repurchase! Please don't discontinue this product, I beg you... This has been my recommendation for a hydrating, foundation-free sunscreen for very dry skin types.
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad! Well... those who use this as a base and apply foundation separately might find it pills a bit. For me, it's fine since I use it instead of foundation.
TipFor any slight pilling, apply it as a base and finish with a puff at the end! That should take care of it.

When working, I sweat heavily, so I can barely wear base makeup from spring to early fall. I chose this to somewhat conceal my dark spots with something lightweight. I really dislike the white cast from mineral sunscreens. It makes my face look artificial. But this one has a clear, ivory to light salmon color that I like. Even if it seems too bright at first, it blends with my skin as I apply it and looks natural over time. However, it has a yellow base and is bright. It might not suit those who prefer or only look good with pink bases, or those with darker skin tones. ❣ Moisturizing/Absorbs Well With my somewhat visible pores and combination dehydrated skin, mineral or hybrid sunscreens don't work for me at all (due to application issues, dryness, pilling, etc.). In contrast, this product is more moisturizing than mineral sunscreens and relatively easy to apply. ❣ Price I think cosmetics are too expensive these days, but I bought this for 6,400 won (on Coupang). The price drops even further to the 5,000 won range for two, so it's good value for money.
Cons❣ Skin Sensitivity + Blemishes Due to Chemical Reactions I first use an organic sunscreen stick, then this product for skin correction. (Using a brightening moisturizer alone for sun protection makes my face too white) The sunscreen stick is fine, but with this product, my face feels slightly tingly and my eyes sting a bit. I developed inflamed blemishes on both of my temples... Those with sensitive skin or thin skin areas should avoid using this. ❣ Pilling For those planning to use it as a base, applying too much will cause pilling. (But this might be true for most products)
TipYou can apply it smoothly with your fingers and then pat it in with a puff to avoid excessive pilling and achieve a natural finish.

I use it as my daily sunscreen, applying it every weekday. It doesn't irritate my eyes at all and provides just the right amount of brightening, so it even doubles as a base makeup. If you don't usually wear makeup, this alone can give you a radiant look. It's incredibly hydrating, making it perfect for dry skin without feeling heavy. It's gentle, doesn't irritate the skin, and the price is wallet-friendly too!
ConsThere is some pilling and it can feel a bit like it's rubbing off in places. Since it acts like a foundation, you definitely need to do a double cleanse - first with an oil-based cleanser, then follow up with a water-based one. It tends to be on the rich side, so by afternoon you might notice some oiliness coming through.
TipIt works great as a brightening moisturizer to use before applying foundation.

It's not too thick, and they sell it in smaller quantities too.
ConsFirst off, it causes severe patchiness. There's also pilling, and it gets stuck in pores. Sunscreen is essential before makeup, but if you apply this and then put on cushion foundation... everything just lifts off, lol. The product's performance is really disappointing.

It applies smoothly, has no scent, and provides a brightening effect without leaving a white cast. The tone-up isn't an artificial white or pink, but a natural peachy glow that I love. It's gentle enough for daily use, which is why I apply it every day.
ConsIf you layer a cushion foundation or liquid foundation on top, it might pill a bit.

It doesn't rub off easily.
ConsIf applied too thickly, it seems to cause makeup applied over it to pill.
TipJust applying this alone gives you a natural, slightly dewy bare-faced look.

There might be a slight difference with my neck, but I liked it because it gave me the brightness I wanted.
ConsWhen first applied, there's a slight feeling of it sitting on the skin and a noticeable white cast. However, I found it worked better when I used a sponge to pat it in. If you use a thicker moisturizer or emulsion underneath, you might experience some pilling.
TipI recommend applying it with a sponge. The feeling of it sitting on the skin might disappear over time, but right after application, it does feel a bit like it's not fully absorbed.

The Inner Glow is no joke. When you apply it, there's a cooling effect that feels so hydrating. It goes on more smoothly with a cushion puff than with a brush, giving a delicate finish. I've found that using a cushion puff gives a more even application compared to spreading it with my hands. It's perfect for a foundation-free look. The particles are super fine, so it's great for pore care - just make sure to apply it carefully. The staying power is about 4-5 hours, it adheres thinly but well to the skin, and doesn't cause darkening. I love how it allows for a natural expression.
ConsI have combination dehydrated skin that tends to be oily, so sometimes my skin rejects the Inner Glow effect. It doesn't absorb well and tends to pill. It's really challenging to apply with a brush or just your hands. When using a brush, you can see brush marks, and with hands, you get fingerprints all over. Before applying, you need to make sure your skin's oil and moisture balance is just right, and it's crucial to use a pore primer first. Then apply delicately with a puff. I actually think a slightly thicker consistency might work better for easier application.
TipI have fairly large pores, but using a pore primer before application reduces product settling into pores and makes them less noticeable. Make sure to use a cushion puff to apply - brushes leave streaks.
