It absorbs incredibly smoothly and gives a feeling of controlling oil in the applied areas. The ingredients are also good, so I feel reassured. There can be slight pilling in some areas where it's applied, and sometimes there's a powdery residue left behind, so you need to check carefully after application. Occasionally, it may pill and leave residue, so make sure to check carefully when using it. - le*********Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesAug 26, 2024
It feels light and airy when applied, without any heaviness. It doesn't leave a white cast, making it convenient to use. When applied to oily areas, it instantly mattifies the skin. You need to cleanse thoroughly. If you don't wash your face carefully, it can leave residue as it doesn't come off easily. - lo*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 14, 2024
I bought this for my body, and I'm pleasantly surprised! It's not as sticky as I expected, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and dry right after application. So far, I don't have any major complaints! The only slight downside is that the amount feels a bit small. - kj****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 6, 2024
Absorbs oil so well you could use it instead of blotting paper. Applies so lightly you barely feel it, yet offers high sun protection. Not sticky at all. Leaves no white cast. Doesn't even out the complexion, but this isn't really a drawback. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJun 3, 2024
When reapplying during long outdoor workouts, it feels like it won't budge an inch until you wash it off. The first application is matte, but when reapplying, the matte finish diminishes and there's a slight pilling effect. There's some pilling when reapplying, but it's fine if you spread it out a bit with your fingers. - ic*********Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 26, 2024
Wow, I'm amazed! Usually, sunsticks leave a greasy feeling, but this one completely controls oil. It's so impressive! When applied to the neck, it can get caught in wrinkles, which might be embarrassing in public. Even on arms, it keeps settling into creases. However, it doesn't do this on facial wrinkles, so I'm still using it somewhat satisfactorily. - wk******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 15, 2024
I highly recommend this product. It's really great. I bought it after watching a YouTube review of cosmetic ingredients, and it exceeded my expectations. The biggest advantage is how it dries to a powdery finish. I've never experienced a sunscreen that isn't sticky before. I purchased this product because it was said to be suitable for sensitive skin and wouldn't cause blemishes when applied to the face. As someone with sensitive skin, I can confirm it didn't cause any irritation. The scent is very subtle, which I love. It's not completely fragrance-free, but it's far from the headache-inducing smell of typical sunscreens. To put it positively, it has a lemony scent; to be critical, it's slightly tangy. As someone sensitive to fragrances, I found it quite pleasant. When applied to arms and legs, the sunstick tends to transfer onto clothes and surrounding objects. It's particularly noticeable on dark surfaces. I thought the powdery finish would prevent this, but it still leaves white marks on black clothing. At first, I mistook it for dead skin cells... but it was indeed the sunstick. It doesn't work well under makeup. It's better for standalone use or for applying on arms, neck, and legs. The quantity was too small for me, as I use it frequently and in large amounts at home. I used it up quickly, which was disappointing. I wish there was a larger size available. When I checked Olive Young, I found other sunsticks with slightly larger quantities and a similar powdery finish, so I might try those as alternatives. After applying, you should pat it in with the back of your hand. This seems to improve adherence and reduce transfer onto clothes compared to just leaving it as is. - ti**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 28, 2024
I've never used a sunscreen stick this non-sticky in my life! It's gentle on the skin and doesn't cause any blemishes. It feels a bit dry and stiff. The texture is so light that I'm not sure if it's providing enough sun protection. - ah*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 1, 2023
Even if you meticulously apply your skincare routine, once you rub this sunstick on, the surface becomes perfectly matte. It's the best choice when you're feeling lazy about sun protection. If you apply a thick layer of skincare products underneath, it might pill. Some people with sensitive skin may find it a bit heavy. - ye********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 27, 2023
A summer essential for oily skin! I can confidently say that applying this one product noticeably reduces shine and oil production. It feels just like you've applied oil-absorbing powder - not sticky at all and lightweight. Absolutely fantastic! There's pilling if you apply it right after your skincare routine. The price is a bit steep compared to other products, which is disappointing. If you layer your skincare products even slightly thicker, it seems to pill almost 100% of the time. How to solve pilling issues: 1. In the first step of your prep routine, apply skincare products lightly. 2. In the final step of your prep routine, apply a sunscreen stick!
